Situation: there are 2 buses (603 and 601), which connect the motel to the bus terminal in Butterworth

I reserved one night despite the warnings of certain comments that I had read. It was a mistake. Located on the most important investment in the hotel would be the acquisition of soundproofed windows. I did not close the eye of the night. In addition to the sound of road traffic, there was a party nearby with firecrackers, music and cries. As for the bedroom, the cleanliness is minimalist, hair on the floor, black fan of filth in the bathroom. On the other hand I found an ashtray on the table - I thought the hotels were non -smokers, and secured by a smoke detection system. Apparently not here.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were cordial, polite and helpful. Lots of parking spaces. The AC was working well. Very near to town and the eatries.

No lift. Had to walk up to our room. The bathroom needs an upgrading. The hot water shower holder was broken, the bathroom door has a hole in it, the water tap of the sink was damaged, and there is a 1970s tub in the bathroom but of no use (forgot to take photos). It just consumes space in the bathroom.

Nice view. Comfortable and clean. Would like to come back.

The motel should stop the guests to make noise and play loudly music after 11:00pm.

The room was spacious and clean. The view from the hotel was good. The AC was working well. The receptionists were friendly. Bathroom was clean.

No lift. Need to climb 7 flights of steps to get to my room on the 4th flour
