We had an incredible stay at this lovely B&B in Brugge! The host, Lud, was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home during our two-night visit. Their pet-friendly approach was a big plus, and our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect – calm and cosy, yet just a short 30-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride to Brugge center. Also, it's only a 30-minute drive from the beautiful Belgium coast. There were many maps and guides for exploring Brugge and nearby towns in our room. We highly recommend this B&B to any couple, especially those traveling with pets. We'll definitely be back to enjoy the warm hospitality. Thank you to Lud, Lander and Leen for a wonderful experience!

Absolut clean. Wonderful and shining example for a host. Experiencing this kind of care and fantastic hospitality I have only found in the Hotel Adlon in Berlin yet. The host knows what you need before you ask. The breakfast was also an example of this love and care. We also had a nice walk downtown and an extraordinary dinner at The Passage. I should not forget that Mama Lud also loved 🥰 our dog. A perfect place earns a perfect rating!

Really spacious and very modern. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and we slept really well. We would definitely stay again! Just a short bus trip from the centre of Brugge too.

Breakfast was amazing! we had booked 2 garden suites it was luxury and very comfortable. Location was very good walking distance to Train station and into the centre of town. The host was excellent couldn't do enough for us. I recommend this place and would stay there again. For us it was like from home to home.

The property is fantastic! We loved the size of it, the comfort and how clean it was. We loved the personalised touch from Lud, the lady who took care of us. Everyday we found a little treat from her! The neighbourhood was very quiet and with good bus connections. Walk to the city centre only takes around 30 mins anyway.

The bedroom and living room interior, made it enjoyable to stay indoors in the evening if you don't want to go out.
The dinnerware, wine glasses, mugs, cutlery, microwave, fridge and espresso machine made it a comfortable option to grab a takeaway and just enjoy some wine in the living room with netflix available to watch shows. The neighbourhood is quiet and not too far from the centre of Bruge, made a pleasant walking routine for us, taking perhaps 25-30 mins walk through the train station and between the pretty park before we hit the main streets leading to the centre.
The apartment is upstairs the main house and the stairs leading to this curves and is quite small and steep so not ideal for those with mobility issues, wear heels or who bring lots of luggage. It is managable but something to keep in mind.

There was no breakfast even though advertised as a bed and breakfast,
Personally, the steps from ground floor to rooms very steep. But I know this is how stairs are in Belgium- not easy with the dogs

One of the nicest B&B, we have visited so far! Cordiality and hospitality of hosts at an unprecedented level. The accommodation offers a very comfortable environment and is equipped with many amenities. All new, clean and immaculately maintained. Furthermore a very good localisation - close to railway station, walking distance to old town in Brugge. No problems with parking. Our highest recommendation!!!

It was a very pleasant place to stay, everything
works well, also the explanation in the
welcoming e-mail we received before our arrival.
Lud provided a super friendly service, as well
as some magic home made juices🤩.

Super nice apartment, very cozy & stylish. We felt like home in the first moment. The host was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The big terrace was amazing. We had a great time. All of us can highly recommend this place. Thank you so much.

misleading information in the description as well as in the email. be aware : breakfast is NOT included even if it is a bed and breakfast. you get an email which mentiones breakfast. but breakfast isn't served because it is a standard email. well.. maybe the owner should not send standard emails which are so misleading. I didn't know that it was a standard email and it is a poor excuse NOT to serve breakfast. be also aware that breakfast costs 15 euros per person. I never would have booked this very expensive accomodation had I knew that breakfast is NOT included (funny that they call themselves bed and breakfast)

The property was very clean and well put together. very cute room. it was perfect for my family of 4 plus our dog. The hospitality was above and beyond. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Brugge.

Lud was our host, she's a wonderful sweet lady, we have no words that can describe how much we enjoyed her company, the kindness and how thoughtful she was from the first moment until the last hug when we left. We would like to send her a big hug and also a cuddle to Jimmy and Mika. We felt welcomed and we are hoping to come back very soon.
The bedroom was wonderful, extremely comfortable, extremely clean and also very spacious. The bathroom was also big and super nice. There was also a nice terrace where we could have coffee or a drink with privacy and comfort.
The location is just 5 minutes away from the center of brugges so we can actually say that this was the most perfect place we have been for at least the last 5 years if not more.
There wasn't anything we didn't like!

The B&B was perfect for what we wanted, Lud who lives at the property could not be more accommodating! The breakfast was delicious and even had freshly made juices which set us up for the day. Easy to find, the host was amazing, the room was large with air con, will be recommending to family and friends and likely returning one day ourselves!😊

It was fantastic - everything! Lud is such a warm and welcoming person and arriving at her house feels like a warm hug. The distance to the city center is not to far away and can easily be reached by bus or by car.It really feels like coming home even though it has been our first visit there! We absolutely recommend this lovely accommodation - it is decorated and looked after with lots of love, you'll feel that instantly when entering the house. We will definitely book again!

The property was clean and ready even though we arrived 30min earlier. Checkin instruction was clear and easy. The owner of the property was super friendly, gave us recommendations and gave toys for our daughter to play with. Very nice property if you have kids! It just takes 20-30min walk to get to old town.
Just be aware that access to this room in the property has steep stairs, check with the owner if it is a problem for you.

We had the most wonderful host, the bed was veeery comfortable and the accommodation was very clean. I enjoyed the terrace very much. The location is perfect even if you don't have a car, you can walk to the city centre of Bruge in 30 minutes. We would definitely go there again!

Breakfast was excellent - a combination of bread, eggs, fruit, yogurts and more. Fresh juices were supplied also and were made daily.
We had two dogs and they were made very welcome. The B&B was located within walking distance of the centre of Brugge in a quiet area, overlooking a park and playground. The beds were very comfortable and made the whole stay very relaxing.

Under floor heating did not work, so it was pretty chilly, especially in the bathroom. Luckily, the A/C was working :-)

Amazing place! Very modern, designed with taste, perfectly clean. All you may need for staying for few days (TV, wi-fi, firdge etc.). We liked the localization in quiet neighbourhood, if you travel by car or train it would be just perfect.

Close to Bruges center, we had a big and cosy room. The bathroom and bedroom were incredibly nice.
You can make coffee and thee in your room. The breakfast is also in the room.
