Много тиха и спокойна обстановка с дружелюбен и услужлив домакин. Кухнята е заредена с всичко необходимо ако решите да си приготвяте храна. Чистотата е на чудесно ниво, леглото е удобно. Благодаря за приятният престой. Ще се видим отново!

Цената може малко да се занижи. През няколко преки, цените са с 20% по-ниски. Би било чудесно, ако имаше и няколко пакетчета чай за сутринта.

Apartment in modern complex with inner backyard, gym and swimming pool. Well equiped with all utilities you will need. Host was nice and helpful. Super easy check-in.

Couple of items not dependent on host: 1) No balcony 2) Traffic around hte properly in some moments is super heavy with a lot of traffic jam points. On arrival spent 40 minutes until I managed to reach apartament, find parking spot and then walked 10 min. wiht the suitcases. next times I was coming back was OK.

Extremely responsive and flexible host. The apartment is even better than on photos. Very convenient for long stays like ours. Very nice location. Park, mall, metro, shops. Unexpectedly convenient closed area with a place for kids to play outdoors. Pool and gym are pretty nice. Also, there are better ones in the mall across the street.

In late autumn and winter you will not see direct sunlight, but there is always enough light from the sky and huge windows. I have to mention that the pool and gym is not free (someone might expect the opposite).

The location is a minute away from a shopping mall, 5 minutes away from a big park. There is a paid parking lot in front of the building, but you could find free parking on the street as well. The apartment is spacious and has many household appliances that make your life easier (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine…). We had everything we needed for a great stay with a toddler.

The windows are not isolating from cold and noise.

The apartment is located near one of the best malls - Paradise where there are a Metro station and a lot of shops with whatever you need, so it is convenient to live with kids in this area. In addition, there is a good playground in South Park which is also nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with all needed household appliances and furniture, but it will be great to have additional conditioner in the bedroom. Please be also aware that it can be quite noisy there due to the road with a quite big traffic nearby. We had troubles with the fridge, but Diven (who is the host) resolved the issue by replacing it with the new one fast. We were impressed by his hospitality and support during the whole our staying. Overall impression is quite positive, so we recommend this apartment for a short or long term staying in Sofia.

Large apartments with well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Good location if you don't expect historical center - near metro station, big mall and very good park. A lot of storage space, which is good for long stay. Fast internet. Very friendly and helpful owner, though doesn't speak very good English.

Mornings could be noisy, as it is 2nd floor near crossroads. Shower spills water.
