Lack of communication regarding late check-in. Sent 4 messages on booking app and WhatsApp. No reply.

The area is SUCH a dump. Only good thing was the Uber to the Airport was £1.50. But yea, area is so disgusting. But yea I only used it for a day as flew in early and then flew out that night so fine for a shower.

Area, staff, general place. Would never spend the night. but was fine for somewhere to shower and leave bags for the day.

Great location close to the airport. There are some food stops next to it if you are hungry during the night. The price is crazy good

The toilets may need to get cleaned more often

Well, I couldn't evaluate, because they cancelled on me two hours before arrival.

After not responding all day to my late arrival request, I got informed that there is no bed available anymore, because they gave it away (even though I had a legitimate booking). This was at 11pm. You can imagine how great it was to find a new accomodation after arrival in Mumbai around 01:00am. Either driven by greed or simply unorganized, none of this is acceptable.

It's a very good place to stay at an affordable price. The location is such that i can reach any part of Mumbai with a combination of both metro and local trains. The staff is kind and are very flexible with any requests may it be an early check which I was given. The toilets and bathroom are very clean with 24/7 hot water. I really enjoyed the stay!

It's pocket friendly but bed linen should change after check out for new guest. in this COVID tym it should be mandatory.
