All vacations should begin at Beach Dreamer. This well-designed, two-level Buxton home is located on quiet, North Tower Circle, within easy walking distance to a fabulous beach and boasting views of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Surf fishermen are going to love how close they are to Cape Point access. The ground level has a large parking pad, a carport, outdoor shower, and ample under-house storage. Outside, guests will be happy with the north-facing screened-in porch and the east and south-facing sundecks. The great room has a spacious cathedral ceiling and a comfortable living area with an entertainment center. The well-equipped kitchen can provide meals and snacks to the breakfast bar, the dining area, or the outside decks. Three bedrooms and two baths round out the accommodations. The first bedroom is a master suite with a private bath. Beach Dreamer awaits at the far end of the vacation rainbow! Things to Know Free WiFi Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved the location, esp to the beautiful ocean. Everything is as advertised from the pictures online. Buxton had everything we needed for the week. The only recommendation is bring a truck because the road to the house isn’t really car friendly.

Nice..well stocked except for needing more towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The vacuum didn’t work?!

The house was great. Had everything we needed. The street however was always flooded so we had to park elsewhere and wade through the flooded street and yards to access the house. Highly inconvenient.

Hard to enjoy a vacation house while wading in 2 feet of ocean over wash with washed out septic tanks and floating trash bags. Just to get to the truck parked on higher ground. I’ve stayed in this house many times over the years. Road just keeps getting worse. We will never stay on North Tower Rd again.

This is the cleanest house we have ever been in. Beautifully, but comfortably decorated and filled with every kitchen gadget or appliance you could ever need. The short walk to the beach was fantastic and you could see the ocean from two points. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sun come up and go down. We definitely want to return to the perfect Beach Dream (er). Thank you for sharing your lovely home. My husband says its first class!

Home away from home
The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you need. We were even gifted a few trash bags, a small bottle of dish soap, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, and a sponge. The only negative was the coffee maker was broken, which is a very small inconvenience. Will definitely consider staying here in the future!

We were very pleased with the house contrary to what we we were told there is a fish cleaning table, faucet, and hose outside. It is one of the best we have stayed at. My only negative is not the house, but the road it is on. There was recent flooding and the road is in terrible shape. It is also my understanding the the road often floods and this could make it difficult to access the home. Definitely need some flood mitigation and road repair.

Fantastic Beach Rental

This comfortable home was thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen had many easy to use appliances and a wide variety of utensils. All of the seating was relaxing. The views from each room were interesting, including the wonderful 7.5 second reliability of the lighthouse. The only missing elements would be some hooks in the lower level shower and some tools (like a broom and shovel to clear the driveway) in the enclosed space.

This was our first stay at a VRBO...we usually move daily...lucky to stay 2-3 nights. We travel with birding as our main goal. The OBX was a perfect place to settle in and go for daily birding trips. This place was perfect for the us. My husband and I planned to travel alone. I selected the lodging based on the pictures and the price. When we had three bedrooms, we invited 2 of our friends. I love to cook and the kitchen was so wonderful to cook the fresh local seafood. I also loved the walks on the beach...just lovely!!!

Wonderful experience in a great location. The house was very welcoming, we felt like we were home when we walked it & it was extremely clean! Loved the views of the ocean & stars from the porch. Highly recommend this home for others looking!

Loved our stay in OBX at Beach Dreamer!
This house was the perfect size for our family of 4. Very comfortable, well stocked and very nicely maintained. Perfect if you want a one-floor plan. Short walk to the beach and loved having the Cape Hatteras lighthouse shining on us at night! We would give it 5 stars, but have to take off one for the condition of the road in front of the house. Something really needs to be done to repave it by the community. Every time it rained, the huge potholes would fill with water, flooding the street. Made it very difficult when coming and going.
