Old trailer, which need moderate repairs/remodeling. Moderate mold, which is not stay for anyones health.

I was late booking and it’s hard to get a place in POC this was open.
Very clean, however it’s an old trailer house with a lot of water damage which is typical for the area but you can’t tell on the pics. All our allergies were bad after the first night (from mold I’m assuming) and we werent on the fish so we bailed out on the trip. Easy Check in and no problems other wise. It’s just an old fish camp.
Backyards nice

I met her upon arrival and she was the sweetest person. The house was clean and she even got us spray for mosquitos!

We enjoyed our stay it was comfortable and plenty of room for my family the only inconvenience was that there was no washer and dryer on the property and we don’t like laundry mats . Other than that everything was great .

Good property for a fishing trip vacation. Excellent location.

The photos lead me to believe the property was in a little better shape. That being said it was more than adequate for a group of guys in for a weekend fishing trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property manager was great!

The property is adequate and will suffice for a fishing situation and economical.

The house was clean and the a/c’s were cold . The house was cool when we arrived . It’s got a nice patio in the back yard and we had a fish fry one night and cooked steaks the next night .
We didn’t need anything fancy, just clean and cozy and it was just right for us .
I will book it again in the future .

Just as described!!
Older place and is good for fishing trips with friends. Easy access to main drag and cool restaurant right next door. Connie was great to communicate with and she answered rapidly to any of my questions. Be careful if it rains a lot as culverts fill up pretty fast and lawn gets water logged. Got a soft spot on floor In the room with half bath, by the mirror.
Thanks for a cool little place!

Exactly right!
Great location surrounded by eateries; so clean and relaxed; excellent parking; LOVED the covered patio; Owner was so nice and accommodating. Exactly what a "fish camp" ought to be.

Nice place to stay
Booked this place for a fishing trip. It was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for the boat and still had parking for other vehicles.

Fish Camp
The property was as advertised. There were two of us on a fly fishing trip to POC, and the weather was hot. The A/C units kept the place cool the entire trip, which was great. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The location was great since we were fishing out of Clarks, and we could walk to several restaurants as well. The only minor issue was we could not get the icemaker to work. I would recommend this as a great fish camp to other travelers.

Place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, however power outlets located on the exterior walls did not work. Unable to charge boat/trolling motor batteries which were needed for fishing tournament. Overall great location and would stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway. Was not disappointed
Host was very responsive. Week leading up to stay that received torrential flooding rain. 18+ inches. Host was very helpful in keeping us updated on conditions. Even offered to let us postpone to another weekend.

Cozy older property with clean and comfortable accommodations. No wifi so TV selection is limited, but plenty to keep you entertained within a reasonable distance.

Nice location... but the cost for beds left some to be desired

ok for a short stay.
This property is a very old singlewide mobile home with an addition. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The property owner was very considerate and had fast response to questions.
The only downfall, there was a TERRIBLE mold/mildew smell that was EXTREMELY overwhelming in the front addition area.
We are not strangers to the smells of older "beach houses". This odor was so overwhelming it woke us up during the night.
I would not recommend this to anyone with a sensitivity to mold.
