You'll love spending your vacation surfing the waves and sightseeing in the beautiful downtown area. When you need a break from it all, kick back on the suite's living room couch to catch up on a good book or watch a movie or show on the flatscreen TV. The full kitchen will make tonight's home-cooked meal a joy to prepare and the dining table is the perfect space for dinners and board games alike. Don't forget: the private washer and dryer will take care of your dirty duds, so you can even pack light for your trip! What's nearby: You'll have plenty of great restaurants nearby whenever you want to grab a bite to eat. Check out Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, The Whole Food Mediterranean Grill, and Rockefellers Raw Bar to sample some delicious local fare. There's plenty of shopping to be found at places like Barefoot Landing, Pearls & Co, and Rose's Shopping Center, and it's all two miles or less away! Things to know: Mini Golf - All Oceana Resorts guests receive free play before 7pm for all members of their party. Lost Mine Miniature Golf is located downtown. This course is open seasonally from March through October. Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites. Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more! Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally there is an annual Wine & Cheese reception with give-aways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February. DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay. Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 11. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The place was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools are nice. We had a blast and hope to come back soon.

The view was incredible, plenty of sleeping options up to 6 people easily. The kitchen was fully loaded with cooking utincels etc. They also made sure we have dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent as well as coffee etc. The pools were awesome indoor and outdoor and easy access to the beach. If I would have anything to complain about it would be due to lack of dollys to carry luggage to the room and also our phone didn't work in the room.

We have been staying at Baywatch for more than 10 years. We have always enjoyed our time there. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. While the facilities could use some upgrades everything everywhere we visited was clean. We did have a few issues with our unit but Vacasa was quick to correct. The view from our room was beautiful,

Resort: This condo is located in Tower 3 of the Bay Watch Resort and Conference Center. The resort is cool with lots of activities, prime location to eats and the beach, and nice perks for staying during the summer months (free water park entry and free round of mini golf). Guest services at the resort was very friendly!
Condo: The condo itself (1141) was clean but needs some updating. The furniture and appliances all appear outdated; the sofa couch cushions were filled with stains. We never sat on the couch or the armchair. This is an end unit so the balcony view was amazing, no complaints there. We had family in Tower 2 and tons of things to do, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo. We only slept and bathed there. I would only rent again if this condo were given some TLC.

After not being able to check in until 4:30 & AC problems the first day (temps reach 88 in room) we finally began to enjoy our mini vacation. This room served it’s purpose after the AC was repaired. Somewhere to shower, eat & sleep. The best part of it all was a cooler of beer, umbrella & chairs on the beach!!!

We loved BayWatch 1141– the balcony was perfect to sit and enjoy the ocean and sunset! It’s an open spacious room with super comfortable beds. We will definitely be going back!

My Family enjoyed our stay. The Room was perfect for a family of four. The room was clean, spacious and awesome amenities. I loved the suite came with a washer and dryer which worked great. I would definitely recommend this room. The pool and Customer Service was great also.

The only thing I didn't like was hair being all over the bathroom housekeeping didn't do a good job cleaning.

The pictures posted are exactly how the room looks, which does not match the description. I wouldn't say the kitchen is "fully" stocked and it does not have stainless steel appliances or granite counter tops. But the kitchen does have the basics needed. The refrigerator freezes everything and you aren't able to adjust the temperature which was a little annoying. The room does need to be updated, BUT it was clean, spacious, the balcony was pretty big and the view is amazing.

No pot holders, no scissors, no salad tongs, only 3 dinner plates. We used a lot of paper. Beds are very uncomfortable and maintenance told us they have nothing to replace the old Murphy bed. He was here to replace the broken DVD player. Dishwasher had water sitting in the bottom. Maintenance said its fine, it's old. The view of the beach was great and the stay was ok. Pools are very unsupervised but thats not the hotels fault I suppose. The constant smells of pot were a turn off while in the elevators and at the pool. I overall would have liked better for my $1200 but we sufficed. Cannot say I would recommend; however.

This place is actually a side view which I thought that I would hate but you could sit on the balcony and not have the sun blaring on you all day. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, there were 6 of us with only 3 cereal bowls. The mattress on the Murphy bed and the mattress on the sofa need to be updated, they were both terribly uncomfortable! The location is ideal but the elevators had issues all week. With a few updates this place could be great!

The amenities, i.e. Pools. But property is way too far from the fun activities, shopping on the beach, etc. Was told it was close to the SKY WHEEL area...but it is actually about 15 miles away.
