Great little unit, self sufficient, clean, bright with all the facilities to cook or wash clothes etc. Just a short convenient walk to train station, shops, and having car park added bonus.

it was a beautiful little apartment in the garden of a very sweet and welcoming family. my daughter and I both loved the decor and all the shiny items of furniture. the sofa was super comfortable and opens up and a bed, which was nice to watch films on. the mattress is firm which was perfect for me. the bathroom sink was a little hard to use without splashing water… the mirror lights up and displays the time, the hosts had provided us with a bottle of cold water in the fridge and every you need to make a cup of tea or coffee. utensils and kitchenware were also provided as well as a lap tray which was handy.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. i think maybe £45 to £50 per night maximum should be the price to stay.. however I enjoyed my stay and the hosts also welcomed a 3rd person to stay (my eldest daughter) and although we didn’t take up the offer, it was extremely sweet of them to offer.

Great little house at the back yard. Family holding it was extremely helpful and friendly. Two rooms in accommodation were clean, with everything you possible need. Regular size bed, plus sofa bed type, offer great comfort. Nice garden to chill in the evening. Property is 10 min walk to metro station, and local shops, restaurants and takeaways. Many food varieties around, from typical KFC, to many Indian foods. The best is location, I've got to Baker Street in less than 40 minutes, including walking, for approx timing. Owner was very open and friendly gentleman, enjoyed having a little chat with him, and his family.

location for Wembley was very good .. and very easy to find,liked the hard bed and plenty of amenities near by.. kitchen well equipped. good garden space

had to fix shower head and no bedding for the 3rd person. booked for 3 but would say provisions for 2 but that’s a personal view

Everything you need and more. The family were really welcoming and friendly. We went for a concert and our daughter had so much fun with the host's children she actually asked if we had to go to the concert. The family were really respectful and mostly used the garden when we weren't there, until we asked them to use the garden as they usually would.

The only two things I would say could be improved are firstly the coffee maker like "kettle". Having never used one I didnt know how it worked and was in a mad panic when the water (which had apparently boiled) started pouring out of the spout. I panics but luckily found the dish cloth to wipe it up. Could be a safety hazard for those not expecting it of if children were near. There is however an actually kettle in the cupboard below which we used for the rest of our stay. Secondly, we are two pillow each people, both beds had one pillow each and the ones on the actual bed were rather flat. Obviously not an issue if it is only two people staying as you can double up but for us it was a tad uncomfortable compared to what we are used to. Having said that we would stay again but maybe bring our own pillows.

I had a great stay here. Lovely host, plus also a lovely place to stay. It was so comfortable, cosy and quiet. I slept great both nights which is always a bonus when working away. I really loved having a fridge, plus cooking facilities as well, plus a kettle and tea/coffee. It's also a short walk from the tube, plus shops etc. I would for sure book to stay here again whenever I'm next working in the area.

- it was close to my point of interest - host was kind and helpfull

- too many “decorative” objects in the apartment, but no room at all for our stuff, no wardrobe, nothing! - 2 of 4 chairs missing, and the ones available were broken

Plenty of t.v channels.

No iron, not enough toilet roll, no kitchen roll. Really needs a good clean and some tlc. There is a massive sky light, with no blind, so if you are on the sofabed, you will be awake early.

The couple who owned the property were very friendly and nice. The location is perfectly placed. Clean accommodation and overall had good facilities.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable as was the lounge sofa bed. The sky light window needs a blind as it wakes you up as sun comes out. Radiator in bedroom and lounge did not work but had two separate heaters. The location is strange at the bottom of someones garden but very quiet. I didn't see any smoke alarms or fire extinguishers or fire escape plans which I thought would be law. The sink in the bathroom is extremely difficult to use to brush your teeth as it is placed directly under the cabinet.

The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and bright. Everything you needed to cater for yourself during your stay. The owner was incredibly friendly.
