Bed very hard. sheets old, stained, worn out and some holes patched. Doona cover also stained with large hole in corner. Hole large enough to put your fist through it. Only a very, very small amount of hot water, cold showers only. Floor had lots of hairs and small pieces of rubbish.

Hotel is too good and comfortable for us. Again whenever we will come in kolkata, stay there. Metro is around 450m near the hotel. The behavior of Receptionist is too good and fully cooperative.

Rent is high as per the valuation of property.

The bathroom is very very congested Measures 2.5 ft x 5 ft and hot water not providing by limited time only staff strength is very low

Good location, close to a metro station which was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi and air conditioning in my room worked very well.

My room was quite small but not too much of a problem.
