Location of the accommodation was fantastic, I am originally from Swansea and had some family living just a few minutes walk away, so that was a bonus in itself, to be able to walk to their house. Swansea could have done with this type of accommodation a long time ago! For those not familiar with the area, there is plenty of food options, supermarkets within a short distance, there is also a games cafe that is open late near the houses, another bonus for walking back and of course Joes ice cream parlour is just around the corner too! As far as the house is concerned, the owners have done them to such a high standard and provide everything basic that is required! We stayed in a one bedroom house and it was big enough for my husband, myself and a cot for our 11 month old, who was also able to crawl around downstairs quite freely, without me worrying that she would get into something that she should not have. The owners were also so efficient with responding to any issues and resolved our wifi issue almost immediately!

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped; the neighborhood is absolutely ok; free parking is great; and it's a 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

Well located and clean and tidy
There wasn’t much in the way of crockery. The coffee table was very wobbly

Nice property, clean an tidy, decent sized tv, lovely bedroom,nice shower, kitchen good for cooking in for the evening an morning.
Only downside was the area but can’t say it was in a bad area as close to the beach an shops just a few neighbours in the next street shouting late hours but it was a Saturday night.

The location was excellent. Having a split level was great; the property felt more spacious because of this. Nicely fitted bathroom and loo. The bedding smelt gorgeous and was velour so lovely a soft but not suitable for spring/ summer.
There was supposed to be a bed sofa - my partner snores and I'm a very light sleeper. But there was no bed sofa as advertised! Unbelievable as I messaged them beforehand about this.
The sofa upholstery and carpet were very dirty. There were burns on the carpet and coffee table. The more we were there, the more we spotted a lot of areas that were grubby where it had not been deep cleaned - walls, doors etc. Also tiles broken on the bathroom floor. Not the luxury advertised.
The garden was shocking!! We chose this place for our dog but it was totally unsafe so she couldn't be out there at all - there was a huge metal thing in the garden and the separation between the neighbours garden was broken down.
There was no curtains on the bedroom window so we were up as soon as the sun came up. Such a shame as these are all really fixable things. It looks like the owners have stopped caring or maybe they own too many properties to care.

Apartment was clean, with easy parking access and good amenities.
Only issue with the property was the milk pots were curdled. However, they were in date, so cleaning staff would have no way of knowing.

The house itself is nice enough but the location is grim and surrounded by run down dirty streets with empty shops and boarded up pubs.
Everything! The house was fine but it smelt and the location was terrible. So we literally were there 20 minutes and left. The owner wouldn't even give a partial refund but I guess it was our choice not to stay.

The windows do not open. The key is broken and left on the window ledge.
The arrival was confusing. Other people, not of the establishment kindly assisted us.
Instructions for entry code and parking were unclear.

Excellent communication.
Very centrally located lovely little house but very different from photos on booking.com as they had stated house 4 on confirmation and then I was messaged house 6 by host ??? I was slightly confused had to call host who immediately confirmed house number 6 and lockbox no.
Very dark outside. Seemed as if house had been abused ….cigarette burns on carpet and microwave top also ashtray full in lovely back courtyard terrible smell of cigarettes in house masked slightly with plug in air freshener didn’t seem the cleanest house carpet needed vacuumed. Uncomfortably hot had to turn off heating completely and open back door to cool house down.
Saying all of this the house could be amazing if these things were given attention and better care taken.
