Located in Isle of Palms, this attractive house for $1,439 per night is a great option for your next trip. 3205 Palm Blvd Meet your new favorite vacation home, Atlantic Breezes on 3205 Palm Blvd! This wonderful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is located just a house away from the beach, with a private pool that was just renovated in 2021 and new exterior paint in 2024. With lots of outdoor spaces and high-quality amenities, this is the perfect home for your next Isle of Palms vacation! Enter the home on the first level to find the lower living area. With hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, and comfortable seating, you can sit back here and unwind after a long day of exploring the beach. Down here you will also find the first four bedrooms. One room has a queen-sized bed with an en suite bathroom and private deck access, the second features a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, the third room is furnished with a king-sized bed and private deck access, and it shares a jack-and-jill style bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which offers two bunk beds with doubles on the bottom and singles on top. This home offers an inverted floor plan, where the kitchen and main living area are on the second floor, giving you an elevated view from outside the windows. The main living area features two cherry-red leather couches, and a cushy chair with an ottoman. Perfect for relaxing and taking in a movie or your favorite show on the large flat screen TV! A generously sized dining table can sit up to eight, while the kitchen has counter seating for four. The kitchen is fully equipped, so feel free to create your own meals, whether it be a quick breakfast or a homecooked family dinner. There's also a high-chair available. With high-quality amenities such as a wine fridge and coffee maker, you'll feel right at home in this beautiful, open space! The second floor has the master bedroom, which has private upper deck access and a king bed. As of May 2022, the master bathroom has been fully renovated, and now includes a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, a stand-alone soaking tub, a double vanity, new fixtures, and new flooring! In the large master closet, you'll find a baby crib (24 in. x 38 in.) (no sheets provided). Outside in the spacious, fenced-in yard, you'll find the private pool which can be heated from May to October. There's also a kid's swing set, outdoor grilling station, and a gazebo where you can sit back and take in the beauty of the backyard. With an extra refrigerator in the garage, an elevator, and a TV in every room, this home has it all for a family beach getaway! This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Overall the house was great-plenty of space for a big family, good location, AC and appliances were in good working condition, etc. There were more “start-up” supplies than expected (ie only had to use 1 or 2 rolls of TP and none of the dishwasher pods we brought). We did need more paper towels and washer pods. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc The pool area was very nice and the propane grill was clean and worked well. There was not a standard size crib as expected from the description, so this caused an issue the first night. But the realty company provided one by the next morning. There was a pack and play and a nice size play yard similar to a pack and play, which was very nice but not in the description. It would have been nice to know that there were 2 other walk-in closets-one in the bunk room and in one of the Queen bedrooms. We loved having the 13 beach towels provided! And there were plenty of personal towel sets for our big crowd! We also loved how much space there was in the main living area and on the porches, as we had very active children plus visits from my sister’s family and her grands who were staying a few blocks away. One of the best things was the elevator, especially on move-in and move-out days and when getting the 2 infants up and down in their car seats! It was great having the $250 vayk gear money to use for our beach supplies! We would definitely consider staying in this house again!

What a great home...One of the cleanest homes we have ever rented through VRBO...Linens were spotless and the kitchen had more than anything we needed and the pots, pan, dishes were clean...no chips...overall above 5 stars...staying here for the week during our sons wedding helped to keep my stress level in check:)...we would rent again....and the staff we dealt with were professional, helpful and so nice and trustworthy....a huge benefit to the owner.

I searched for the longest time to find a
home to accommodate my extended family including my wheelchair bound mother-in-law for a family get together. I was so excited to see this listing! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out The separate living rooms were great for our nephew watching his shows downstairs while others watched their shows upstairs and played games. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for several of us to cook at the same time. Even though we stayed in January, the weather was still nice enough to enjoy walks on the beach right across the street!!

The house was clean and comfortable, plenty of room for 7 adults. We really enjoyed our stay, and the proximity to the beach (across the street, just as advertised) and downtown Charleston. Coming from Seattle, we were hoping to be able to walk on the beach or use the rental bikes, but the storm system going through the country kept if at or below freezing for most of the week. It would have been nice to have the gas fireplace in working order but we couldn't get to stay on for more than a couple minutes at a time, and we weren't able to get a call back from the Property Manager. No big deal, we had a lovely time at the house ,and out and about in Charleston and around Isle of Palms.

The house was perfect for us. Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms with a large living area on the second floor with a balcony all the way across the front.
Kitchen had everything we needed and was open to the living area. The pool area is very nice also.
I have three adult children with spouses and there was plenty of space. We would stay here again!

Large, comfortable home and very clean. The pool area was delightful...as was the porch. Well-appointed. The elevator was a welcome relief for loading/unloading as well as some of our senior "bones." Plenty of parking and location very central to IOP. The only complaint I heard (out of 6 of us) was one of the lower bunk beds had some sort of rod running thru the middle and was uncomfortable. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

The house is not kept up - Many holes in the walls , things broken, ceilings cracking .. I would not stay there again and I addressed the issue with the property management company 2x and no response- I seems like a home the owner does not take care of

This property worked very well for our family celebration of my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. With grandkids and great grandkids and traveling from all over, it was wonderful to have a room with multiple bunkbeds. We would have liked to have had access to extra pillow cases for extra pillows. Many of us use more than one pillow due to back and hip problems. There was only one pillow case per person allocated for guests. It took an extended phone call and the rental agency sending someone over to the house to secure a few extra ones. It was great to have beach access across the road and a fenced yard with a swing set. Loved having the elevator for my elderly parents. It wouldn't have been possible to have them going up two flights of stairs to the kitchen and living areas without it.

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything about this home is perfect. The heated pool was especially nice. Don't hesitate to book, this home is all I hoped for and so much more! We hope to book this rental again this spring or summer.

This house was wonderful. It is well appointed with everything you could ever need. We had plenty of room and the quick walk to the beach was a bonus! The pool was pristine and the entire family enjoyed it.
The kitchen has everything anyone could ever need or want! They even have spices of every make!
And if it could not be more perfect....we had a Thanksgiving week of 70 degree weather! You can't go wrong with this house.

The property manager, James was very attentive. There were alot of extras at the house! Particularly liked the "high chair type" of chair. It was portable and strong!. Loved the outside seating by the pool with the overhead cover! The balconies were great--great outdoor furniture. I expected the beach to be a bit quieter than the summer, but we practically had the entire beach to ourselves--awesome! Location was perfect. Best family vacation, very!

Perfect trip!
We had a great vacation in Isle of Palms and the house was exactly what we needed to fit our family. We really appreciated the kid items that were available to use for our trip especially the crib, changing table and high chair. For guests who will be using the crib - the mattress was extremely thin (it really wasn’t anything)... so we folded up some blankets to add some more cushioning under the sheet. The pool area was our favorite part about this house!! So pretty and nice place to hang out when you’re not at the beach. We also loved having the extra beverage fridge on the kitchen area - helpful to have more space in the fridge for food. There is also a fridge under the house that we used for drinks so we didn’t have to go in the house if we were at the pool. There is a blue tooth sound system in the kitchen area as well that we enjoyed using. The property manager was very responsive. The beach access directly across from the house is vey convenient but also very narrow. We used the one to the right - which is handicapped accessible and has a blue lining on the ground .. made it easy to push wagons and strollers. We would definitely rent this house again and had a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Good Place and Great Location
We really enjoyed staying here. Layout is great and plenty of space. Outside areas are great including patio and porch. Location is closer to water then it looks in the pics. Would recommend some outdoor fans but overall the house has plenty of amenities.
