My sisters and I live in different metro areas of Texas and met in Marble Falls for a short but sweet gathering. We found the Willie Nice House to be a great place to stay in the Texas hill country. Marble Falls is a charming town plus it’s close to beautiful parks, the wine region, and Austin and San Antonio are just an hour’s drive. And the view from the back patio really is phenomenal. We loved it all. We’re already planning on another trip as this place is now always on our minds; but next time, we’ll spend more time on the beautiful patio, it was lovely!

We loved the Willie House! Great location, perfect place to unwind and relax. Exactly as described in the pictures, a lot of thought has gone into the Willie House. Scott is great ,very quick to reply. We will be back!

The location is superb; a private nook in the middle of Marble Falls overlooking the Colorado River! Wonderful outdoor space (be sure and put corn out for the deer - we saw them every evening around 5pm). The back patio and front porch can easily be used as an extension of living space at the Willie house! I appreciated how stocked with essentials, and then some, the house was (cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, spices, trash bags, zip lock bags, creamers, etc.). The house was perfect for our family Christmas getaway!

This place is great. We've rented several houses in various parts of Hill Country and this was our favorite. Amazing view of the river. Comfortable furniture. Clean. The owner made sure we knew everything about check-in and check-out. Will absolutely rent this place again if we're in town and it's available.

Loved the location at edge of town, open land surrounding it. Lots of deer and songbirds at feeder. Beautiful view of Colorado river from patio. Loved decor too. We'll be back!

We decided to book this trip for the weekend after Thanksgiving to decompress with our family before the holidays really ramp up. We loooovvvedd the house so much! The patio was perfect to play and visit on, and the home was cozy and comfortable. We have plans to visit again! Thank you, Scott! We really enjoyed ourselves.

My finacé and I couldn't have been happier with The Willie House. It was just the right mix of quirky and comfortable, the views were amazing, Scott was a fantastic host, and we were within walking distance of lots of little shops and restaurants. This house was perfect! My husband and I brought my in-laws here for a short vacay and The Willie House was everything we wanted and more. That master suite is beyond amazing! Love the memorabilia decor throughout the house. The view was perfect. My in-laws had the best time, which was of course the goal. We hope to come back sometime.

This home was perfect for our girls weekend in Marble Falls. A great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful fall weather and view of the Colorado River. Lots of thoughtful touches in and around the home made it extra cozy and welcoming. Close to everything and Scott is a super host. We will be back.

We had an amazing time at the Willie house! We spent many hours on the patio enjoying the beautiful view, playing darts, sitting by the fire pit, and visiting with friends. The kitchen is stocked with essentials needed for cooking. The house is decorated with memorabilia from country artists, especially Willie Nelson. The house has great style and personality inside and out with decorations from Pottery Ranch! We loved our stay and plan to come back next year!

This is our 3rd stay at the Willie house and it was just as great as the last 2 times. It's only about an hour from where we live...but when we are there, we feel like we are hundreds of miles away. Perfect location for a peaceful retreat and never ceases to amaze us. Can't wait to come back again.

It was fabulous. Sometimes we just hung out on the beautiful deck to enjoy the peace, watch the birds and enjoy the gorgeous view.There are things to do in close proximity, if you choose, however it was just really nice what the owner has to offer right there.I would recommend this beautiful place ,and I would definitely stay there again!

The Willie is far and away the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. Gorgeous furnishings, beautiful location overlooking the Colorado River, very quiet, fantastic deck with fire pit, darts, corn hole, very near restaurants and shopping......I could go on and on. Cannot wait to come back and it will be soon!!!

Best mini vacation ever. Scott thought of everything. Charcoal, lighter, birdseed, vacuum, supply closet full of everything! We didn’t need any of our usual Vrbo vacation supply crate we carry. Super clean too. 300 mps Wi-Fi! Birds, fantastic view. Saw a pontoon plane launch from the river below. Two full walk in showers/bathrooms. Cold AC. Great deck. Games, books, Guitar hanging. Music decor. Binoculars. Huge Master bedroom. Tv in every room. Fireplace. Privacy. Private parking. 5 stars or more. Can’t wait to book again. Thank you Scott 🎶

House is absolutely awesome, so comfy and so serene overlooking the river with all the nature surrounding it!! Everything you would need is provided, even corn for the deer and seeds for the birds! Love the thought that went into the aesthetics of the place! One of the best places we've ever stayed and will definitely be back!

I'm not sure there are enough adjectives to describe our stay! It was wonderful and the house even better! As others have said, we hardly came inside from sitting out in the 'cantina'. We could watch a myriad of birds at the bird feeders and did, indeed, see several species new to us! Plus the boaters on the river were fun to watch. We felt like we were way out in the boonies, but yet most restaurants were a very short 5 min. drive away. Scott's store was so much fun to browse around in as well. We had everything we needed in the kitchen/bathrooms and I really loved how everything was labeled so well. We had a wee bit of trouble w/ the smart TV but we're older and not all that 'techy' plus we had our stereo and CDs w/ us so it wasn't a big deal plus w/ the 'mood lights' outside, we stayed out there way past dark. Loved the headlights!!! We are already planning a return trip in the winter!

Beautiful house tucked away at the end of a neighborhood. Large deck with plenty of room, most of it covered. Excellent view of the Colorado river & very private balcony space. The master is very spacious & both bathrooms are very modern and clean. Great place for our dog since the balcony area is fenced in. Overall one of our favorite spots we’ve stayed!

We had a great time on the deck relaxing and enjoying the view. The house was close to everywhere we wanted to go in Marble Falls. Love the "little extras" Scott has in the house to make the stay incredible. Loved eating at the Bluebonnet Cafe! We definitely recommend staying at the Willie House. Great Job Scott! The property itself was amazing and exceeding expectations. The outside space had spectacular views and was great to sit out on in the mornings and evenings. The property is large and has everything you need. We had an issue with the lights and Scott was quick to resolve the matter. Overall we would definitely recommend. The location of the property felt remote and secluded but was only a matter of minutes into town.

In from out of town for a ladies golf tournament as well as other fun rounds of golf. The Willie House was in a perfect and picturesque part of the city. The home was even better than the pictures. The host provided everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. The home itself was beautiful but you will find yourself spending most of your time on the spacious patio listening to music with your coffee, wine or beverage of choice taking in the fresh air and serenity of the space looking out at the River. I would highly recommend The Willie House and excellent host.

We had a great month long stay at the Willie House! The pictures of the house and the view do not do it justice on the website. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the patio every evening ( weather permitting) and spending the days exploring the surrounding area and downtown. We made several stops at Scott’s Pottery Ranch store. We loved feeding and watching the birds and deer every day. We are looking forward to visiting again!!

We needed a place for 3 nights for 3 of us. The house is perfect for two couples or as in our case parents and grown son. First of all the pictures don't do justice on how nice the house is, art work, beds and bedding are superb! Kitchen with all the seasonings you could imagine, water in refrigerator! The dressing table in master bedroom with hair dryer, hair spray, makeup lights! The location to grocery store, restaurants and fast food just minutes from house. Quiet, peaceful with deer visiting every evening to eat the corn that we could put out every day. The whiskey river patio sends the experience over the top, sat by fire with wine while our son played guitar, wish it could have been longer trip! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes, this is up at the very top. Thank you Scott for being the consummate host! Your store the Pottery Ranch is amazing, my husband was relieved we flew in or else we would have left with a mermaid! This property is pure gold! See you next year!!!
