This home offers new HVAC systems with ion air purifiers for improved air quality (upstairs replaced in May 2020 and downstairs replaced in July 2021), quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (new fridge June 2021), and plank floors throughout (no carpet in the home). Enjoy 2 oceanfront master suites with access to the beachfront deck. Both master suites offer king beds (with new mattress as of Jan 2021) and a private bathroom (new vanities / toilets in bathrooms as of May 2021). The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed while the 4th bedroom has a triple bunk bed to allow for multiple or larger families. Each bedroom offers an outlet with USB plug built in. There is extra sleeping space available in the living room, the sofa offers a queen pullout. While at the beach you can also enjoy all of the amenities you are used to at home. We offer high speed internet, cable, games and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table easily seats 10 people (new as of Jan 2021). There is a pack n' play, high chair and baby gates available in the 4th bedroom closet. Laundry is located on the first floor with a LG washer and dryer new in 2023. Three gates have been added to the deck as of Jan 2021. Gates located on the upstairs deck, at the end of the deck leading to the beach and at the steps leading down to the outdoor shower.
