We have a free Ski Shuttle that will take you directly to Loon and back during skiing season ( weekends and holidays). Guests will love our many on-site amenities including indoor & outdoor Pool and Hot tub, Game room, Sauna, Full fitness center, Racquetball court, and more - perfect to relax after a day outdoor or for those rainy days indoor. Enjoy our bright and spacious, end unit condo with 2 A/Cs, Gas fireplace, Free wifi/cable, 3 flat screen TVs , and a new fully equipped kitchen. Spectacular view of Loon Mountain right from our private balcony. We are within walking distance to everything downtown Lincoln has to offer- plenty of great restaurants, local shopping, coffee shops, wine brewery, grocery mart and many more. Franconia Notch State Park (Basin, Flume Gorge), Alpine Adventures, Clark's Bears, Ice Castle and many more are less than 10 minutes drive. Prime location for year round activities- from endless hiking trails, skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and beautiful foliage for leaves peeping and many more. The Pemi river is just across the street from our condo. --AMENITIES-- - 2 A/C units, one in each bedroom. - 3 TVs, Free cable and WIFI -Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs ( outdoor are seasonal) -Game rooms with arcade machines, ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table -Full size fitness center including cardio room and weight room -Locker rooms with showers -3 sauna rooms -Racquetball / pickleball court -Loon Ski Shuttle ( weekends and holidays) -Private ski locker for our guests to store their equipment next to the shuttle pickup -24 hour Laundry Room in lower level of the building -Full kitchen equipped dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster oven, blender, keurig machine, and coffee machine. -Hairdryer -Iron and Iron board --OUR SPACE-- Our lovely end unit condo features 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 A/C - one in each bedrooms to keep you comfortable in the summer, 3 TVs with free cable and WIFI. Relax and unwind on our sectional sofa with a 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV. Our thermo controlled Gas Fireplace offers heating and ambiance for the winter. Enjoy your morning coffee on our private balcony with view of the Mountains. Cook up your favorite meals in our updated and modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Fully equipped with all the appliances and cookwares you need . Dining area seat 6 with 3 additional bar stool seating at the large granite kitchen peninsula. Our master bedroom features a King size bed with a full bath, A/C, and TV. Second bedroom features plenty of beds for comfortable sleeping, can sleep up to 6 in this room. Queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed with optional pull out twin trundle. This room also has A/C, TV, a walk in closet, private walk in bath and walk out access to the balcony. Our condo is on the 2nd floor end unit. Guests can use the the stairs next to the unit for easy and quick access in /out of the building. We had a wonderful stay at Eva's condo. The communication was excellent prior to arrival with very clear check in and check out process. The condo was spacious for our family of 4, had a high chair and some books/toys for kids which was a great surprise! Our daughters loved swimming and going in the jacuzzi. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. 3 minute drive to Loon, we skied on the weekdays when no shuttle runs but there is a shuttle on weekends! We really hope to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and a great time skiing at Loon which is across the street. The beds were comfy. The bath towels were nice. The unit was as described and had everything we needed. We had fun trying out the racquetball court. Bring quarters if you want to play in the arcade. The change machine was out all week, but the office was able to give us some change. We tried out the hot tub, which was great after a day of skiing. We hope to make it back and would definitely recommend staying here!

We are very familiar with the Lincoln NH area. My sister-in-law, my husband and myself wanted a change of scenery for a few days. And some nice foliage drives.
The Nordic Inn is a little tired and could use some updating for sure.
The biggest issue was the accuracy of the listing. The kitchen and eating area were very nice and just recently redone. The bedrooms were decent size. The ACs were located in the bedrooms. It was difficult to maintain the temperature. They were loud. It's certainly time to replace them with more efficient units. There wasn't an AC in the main living area. The living area was small. It would be hard pressed to have 6 people in there. Let me say that it's time to replace the reclining sectional. One side of the recliner didn't have a handle, it was covered with a big piece of tape. It just didn't recline. The other end of the sectional did recline but just barely. There was a hole in the wall under the window next to the fireplace that was covered by a piece of cardboard. The balcony was disappointing. In summary, I would say the description of the condo gives the impression of a larger space that is pristine. We definitely had a pleasant time. We only spent the evenings in the condo so it was ok. The condo could use some updating. The cleaning is subpar and the owner should speak with the cleaners.

We found trash(about 20 empty mini alcohol bottles) in one of the night stands, things felt sticky in the kitchen, we were left 2 face cloths for 2 nights with 4 people staying, the king bed was comfortable but literally woke us up everytime we rolled over. I have never slept on such a squeaky bed. When we checked out I realized I had left one of my daughters toys there, I asked if she could look and it’s now been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a word. Convenient location, the pool was great but we wouldn’t stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Lincoln. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the hot tub and even played some ping pong! It was close to many outdoor activities. We were staying during the off season and felt like we had the complex to ourselves!

The condo itself and the owner - A-plus! Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Communication was amazing with Eva. Very warm and accommodating. The rest of the property is a bit dated. It's a bit of a confusing layout (no real signage), but we found the pools/game room. Thank you Eva for a wonderful stay!

This property provided us with a comfortable place to rest after full days of hiking and exploring the area during the Summer season. We booked our stay last minute and were relieved to find this condo was available for a two night stay. The place was clean, neat, and tidy . Linens were provided as well as thoughtful extras (which meant less planning and packing for me). Beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for our family of four. Views of Loon Mountain right out of your window. You can easily walk to several restaurants including Common Man and Flapjacks. I recommend this condo!

Eva’s condo was the perfect spot for a long weekend in the Whites! The condo was well appointed and very clean while being big enough for our party of 5 to stay spread out and comfy all weekend long. Eva was super friendly and quick to respond when we had questions or were checking in and out. Overall, this is a great spot to access all that Lincoln has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family. The unit was the perfect size, well equipped and just as advertised. My kids LOVED the amenities at the complex. We enjoyed racquet ball, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, ping pong, and arcade!

Eva was an amazing host! Her communication was clear and on point. She took care of providing information about all the major logistics, such as access, keys, parking info, wifi, etc. but also came through on the little things - like a Keurig and fully stocked coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar! I would definitely stay here again. It felt more like staying at a friend's house than at a resort. The unit has a beautiful view of Loon's South Peak, and the unit was immaculate. Definitely recommended for a family trip!

We stayed at this lovely spot to be close to the Ice Castles and the local shops and eateries. The place was perfect for us, 2 kids 2-4 YO and 2 adults. We could have fit another couple or the grandparents if we wanted to share a room with the kids. Perfect location and looking forward to returning!

This is the second time we have stayed at Eva's and will definitely do it again. Easy, off highway access. Close to all Lincoln and Woodstock attractions. Across from Loon mountain! Although we are not skiers, a shuttle is conveniently run to Loon. Nice pool and game room. Unit is immaculate with 2 suits for privacy if traveling with others. Awesome gas fireplace and kitchen. Eva is super nice and thorough info given as well as easy access to condo. Give it a try!

Loverly and very functional Condo. Had everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable couple days near Loon and short drive to Canon! Loved the layout and that each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower. Kitchen fully stocked for cooked meals. Check in and check out was a breeze and we highly recommend in any season!

My family and I had a lovely weekend getaway in NH. The condo was very cozy and clean and in a great location. We enjoyed a day at Santa’s Village and a swim in the indoor pool. We did the river walk across the street and enjoyed a yummy lunch at Black Mountain Burger (both within walking distance). Our kids loved the pool and on checkout morning they had fun in the game room while I packed up. Eva was wonderful and very accommodating and when I had a question responded within minutes. A lot of thoughtful little touches by the host did not go unnoticed. Thank you Eva for a wonderful stay!

This was a last-minute trip for a weekend away. Centrally located in beautiful hiking spots. Easy enough to travel to other destinations as well (such as horseback riding) Local supermarket has everything you need and is 3 minutes away by car. Although we didn't get to enjoy all the property had to offer, we were thrilled by Eva's condo. It was clean and well stocked with the necessities (towels, cleaning supplies, spices for cooking) We so enjoyed being at "home" vs a hotel. Eva was quick to respond to a question or two, but the binder she supplied had plenty of information to point you in the right direction. This was the first time my husband said he would revisit a VRBO place again. He liked it that much!

Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and very well appointed with lots of nice touches. The indoor pool and hot tub were great and the location was perfect for leaf peeping in the area. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, too. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

My family (wife and 2 young children) enjoyed this apartment. It had everything we needed. It was well stocked with household items, spacious,comfortable, and right in the middle of town. Close to Loon Mountain and Clark’s Bears. Within an hour of Santa’s Village and Storyland amusement park. Several good restaurants in town and in nearby Woodstock. Great views of thd mountains right outside the building

From the moment we walked in the door we felt like we walked into our second home. The condo was updated, clean, bright and welcoming. The kids ran around claiming beds and seats on the couch for the week. The location was perfect we were only a few mins to everything we could need. Grocery store, great local restaurants, hiking trails and of course plenty of ice cream. The kids thought we hit the lottery because we had access to an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and arcade games. The owner was always very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel like friends. We can’t wait to come back next summer. Highly recommend staying here no matter what time of year you’re coming to Lincoln, NH.
