Welcome to Tranquility Beach House! This beautiful 2-story, cape cod style home gives you a feeling of tranquility as soon as you pull up. The large front porch is inviting you to take a seat and relax on this quiet street just two blocks from Oak Street beach Inside the Home: The main floor has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, recessed lighting, a large dining table, and a spacious living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. Grab a seat at the handmade dining table that seats 7 or at one of the barstools at the kitchen counter. The patio door just off the kitchen leads to a beautiful screened-in porch, with 2 ceiling fans. Enjoy dinner alfresco on the picnic table out on the porch! During those chilly Michigan evenings, enjoy a fire in the wood-burning fireplace in the living room while spending some quality family time playing a game or doing a puzzle. Sleeping Arrangements: This vacation rental sleeps, 10 guests. Bedroom 1: Main level king Bedroom 2: 2nd level queen and twin Bedroom 3: 2nd level queen and twin Outdoor space: The backyard is ideal for use at any time of the day. Shade is abundant from the two large pine trees while enjoying an outdoor chat or a yard game during the day. Cozy up by the fire pit in the evening after a day at the beach. Ample parking is available in the driveway of the property, there is also street parking in front of the home. The Location: Oak Street Beach is just a two-block walk from the property. Once on the beach, take a stroll all the way to North Beach and walk straight up to the lighthouse on the pier. Downtown South Haven has so much to offer in the way of specialty shops and local eateries. No matter if you spend your days downtown at a local winery or shopping, or enjoying the day in the sun and sand, you will always find something to do in beautiful South Haven. Please notice we have security cameras located outside the property. 10 folding beach chairs and/or bag chairs (there is a mix of both) 2 beach umbrellas Beach toys for kids (shovels, buckets, etc.) Kayak, paddle, and life jacket Collapsible wagon for beach toys Bikes: 1 adult and 2 children's bikes

Fun, fun time in this lovely cottage home. We just needed some blankets for the beds, & the management brought them over right away! We plan to return for our annual girls get-away!

We had a great stay! It was my husband, me, our son and daughter in law and their 3 daughters. We had a great time!…… just a few things…… there was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, soap in the bathrooms in the pump bottles were almost with no backups for those. There were about 25 napkins with no backup pkgs. It was advertised as a fully stocked kitchen but we had to buy these items for ourselves. Also, one of the kitchen chairs was broken …. The legs were held on with large screws and bolts….. one of the legs had no bolts to hold the leg on! My husband sat on the chair the last day and it collapsed under him ( and he’s not a big guy). He is ok but it would be a safety concern and should be fixed before the next renters get there. Otherwise, the house was great, grill worked fine, LOTS of beach toys and big wagons to take everything to the beach!! Overall, except for the items above, it was great!!!!

We travel from Connecticut to South Haven two weeks out of the summer. As we are originally from MI, we look forward to our Michigan families taking turns staying with us and having fun at the Lake. This property was a perfect location, was well-equipped, and had the space to accommodate all of our needs! We loved our two weeks on Oak Street Beach and in South Haven! Clean, comfortable, and cute!
Great shower, with lots of hot water. There is plenty of closet space and the beds were very comfortable.

Great house for 3 couples. Short walk to the beach. House well equipped for making meals, kitchen adequately stocked, bbq grill. Just a great place. We’ll be back!

We had a great week staying at this property. It is on a quiet street only a couple of blocks from Oak Street beach. It has everything you need to cook in the home or is close enough to walk to restaurants in town. We will be back!

Worked great for our family. Loved the porch in the back of the house. It got a lot of use. The fire pit was a hit too. The house was very clean and functional. Easy walk to downtown and Oak Street beach. The chairs were great! Hope we can come back again!

We booked this house for a girls trip of 5 of us. It was on a quiet street with about a 2 block walk to the beach and about 15 minute to town. Spacious home with plenty of beds and space. We loved the fire pit and all of the beach chairs that were available to use.

The house was very clean, nicely furnished, kitchen was fully equipped, beach chairs and kids sand toys provided, kids coloring books, crayons, colored pencils, books and games were an unexpected great surprise.
Location was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to downtown. We were very pleased!
