Fully renovated in December 2020, this amazing condo features: • Oceanfront private lanai with 180° of breathtaking views • Oceanfront master bedroom with Cal King Casper memory foam bed and ensuite bath • Oceanfront living room with Lazyboy Queen sleeper sofa • Guest bedroom with Queen Casper memory foam bed, smart TV and private bath • Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cookware • Split 24K BTU AC unit plus 4 ceiling fans and 2 tower fans • 43 in smart TVs both in main living area and guest bedroom. Free Netflix. Free WIFI. Free reserved parking. • Complex pool, hot tub, BBQs • Convenient trolley ($2) in front of complex taking you to shops and restaurants NOTE: for long term stay over 30 days, mid stay cleaning is required and to be scheduled by owner. The additional charge will be added AFTER booking is confirmed. Location: Five minute drive from Old Kona, the most historic place on the islands, and five minutes from the safe snorkeling beach at Kahaluu and convenient shopping and dining of Keauhou village. Had a pretty busy schedule so we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the property, however the view out of the bedroom window and balcony was spectacular with phenomenal sunsets. Great communication, nice layout, and good location. We weren’t able to print out the parking pass ahead of time and being busy made it slightly painful to get that done with no available copies in the room. (Not a big deal and everything worked out fine). Thanks for a great stay!

Great property with great views! Perfect for a family of four. Enjoyed sitting and watching the sun rise and set. Loved seeing the fish and turtles in tide pools below.

Me and my family had great stay. The Unit had a pretty well stocked kitchen. The location was amazing and exactly like the pictures. Sound of waves at night, we were so much enjoyed it.

The property is in a great location and has an amazing private lanai with a postcard-worthy view of the ocean framed by palm trees. It is a beautiful sight to wake up to and offers lovely sunset dinners. The condo has been expertly decorated and updated with a beautiful modern kitchen and comfortable living room and two bedrooms. The closet in the second bedroom is fully stocked with beach supplies, which was an added bonus! Christie was prompt with communication and quick to fix any issues that arose. Highly recommend this property and Christie was an excellent host! Mahalo!

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, and updated condo with a spacious lanai conveniently located a short drive away from local shops and restaurants. The views are spectacular, you could not be closer to the ocean. We enjoyed watching the surfers, spotting sea turtles, and falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We’d definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us Christie!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed lounging on the lanai and watching the ocean. The view is spectacular! The condo is lovely, updated and very comfortable.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Unit equipped reasonably well compared to others we have had. Good communication with owner. Close to elevator for those who need it. Easy parking. Check propane levels at grill’s before planning a meal. Whales and turtles are easily spotted from Lani. Suggest KTA grocery (make left as you leave parking garage 4miles or so) Take Kona Trolley to town $2pp each way. Stopped in front of condo. Would definitely recommend unit and go back again.

We appreciated all the timely communication Christie provided both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We experienced wild and wooly weather while there and the power went out for a short time. Christie was in communication with me during this time providing me with information on where to gather supplies if needed. We really appreciated this.
The unit is in a fabulous location on the third floor (we love Kona Bali Kai). We spent a LOT of time on the lanai watching the sunrise with coffee in hand AND in the evenings watching the beautiful sunsets. This unit’s lanai is perfectly situated so that the palm trees do not block your views. It has a table and chairs as well as 2 loungers.
The king bed was super comfortable. You can hear the roar of the ocean waves (there were king tides while we were there) so this may comfort you or you may need earplugs.
The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed including a Mr. Coffee maker. The unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler.
We loved the little rocky beach on the south side of the building. We watched the surfers and a few turtles swimming around the little bay. Perfect to take the beach chairs and cooler without driving to a crowded beach.

My wife and her friend just returned from a long weekend stay at the condo. Everything about the condo was just as described. The pictures will accurate, simply do not do the condo justice. The patio, and the view from it, are amazing. I have rented several vacations homes and would have to say that the communication with Chirsite ranks right at the top.. There was a minor issue upon arrival which was immediately corrected. In fact, afterall, it really wan't and issue. Thank you Christie for making this trip memorable for them.

The property was just as described. It has a fabulous large balcony with awesome oceanfront views. The unit was updated and very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the quiet and the location. The bed was comfy too. All in all, it is a great place to vacation.. Although the whole condo property is a bit dated, this unit has been nicely updated.

Great condo. Beautiful view/sunsets. Nicely equipped with many necessities. There were items left by previous guests to add to items included in rental and we in turn added to the supplies. Great communication with manager. Unit had most everything you would need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend this unit. You will not be disappointed.

Our trip was short, only 2 nights, but we were so glad we chose this place. Condo is perfect! Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and THE. BEST. VIEWS. EVER! Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Christie was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

A Dream Location

Amazing beachfront paradise!!!
We absolutely loved staying in Christie’s place. From the lanai, we saw beautiful sunsets and whales jumping. We went to sleep to the sound of crashing waves every night and we were lucky enough to be in Kona during the huge waves in January so we got to see some of the best surfers surfing right outside in the bay. The condo is exquisitely furnished and she has thought of every little thing you might need in the kitchen if you want to cook at home. (We loved Da Poke Shack downstairs though.) My husband especially loved the chargers in every room so your electronics were always charged. Christie was easy to get hold of and answered questions right away. We would highly recommend this place!!!

We also loved having the master bedroom in the front so that we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Christie was quick to communicate with us when we had any questions. We will be back next year.

Great Oceanfront Getaway!
newly renovated condo. Fantastic location. This resort is among the closest to the sea in all of the Hawaiian islands. The lanais have side walls, so you feel like it's you and you alone at the beachfront. Great little touches by the host.

After a long flight and an even longer line to clear Covid screening, we looked forward to reaching the condo to relax and to begin our long awaited get away. Once the front door opened, the four of us gasped in excitement as the entry opened up to a bright, clean and modern space of kitchen, dining and living room with a spectacular view of the water and endless sky straight ahead! Most memorable is the gorgeous sunset every day , enjoyed either on the balcony while eating dinner or with a glass of wine down closer to the water right below. We loved coming back to a comfortable space with all the amenities of home - like washer/dryer, fully equipped modern kitchen, big screen TVs in living room and second bedroom- after a long day at the beach, snorkeling trip, horseback riding or drive to the volcano. The condo is conveniently located to the local town attractions of shopping, dining and farmer’s market. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this rental. We did notice that other condos in the same complex were older and had not been updated. My husband really enjoyed our stay and is already checking for availability later this year!
