No breakfast cold water to shower, in kitchen dirty dishes all over,dustbin overflow stairs carpet dangerious needs repair health/safety this is a rundown house false advert and rating it is a dump.

Nothing to like i paid £1 insurance incase of breakage they ssid, othing worth insurance charge ive never had to pay insurance 4 a nasty place like this both rooms advertised are in disgusting condition even the chair.

It was extremely cheap. Thankfully the only clean thing in the room was the bedding (we hope)

The owner was not willing to speak on the phone and would only communicate via tx, this was unnerving when I arrived at 10pm as a lone female with my small daughter and was having trouble accessing the room, in a town 300 miles away from home. The room (room 3) was disgusting, wall paper hanging off the walls, sticky floor and surfaces, absolutely stank of stale sweat and the chair in the room was unreal! When first walking through the door of the room I had to almost throw my daughter through the door as there was a man in just his pants walking down the stairs!!! I have stayed in cheap accommodation before and know what to normally expect with shared bathrooms, but nothing could have prepared me for this place! The bathroom was across the hall from us but I would not let my daughter go in there alone! It was dirty and had personal items in there from the presumably longer term residents. I didn't dare go into the kitchen, from the doorway I could see it was filthy with a pile of stagnate dishes in the sink, the smell from this room was nauseating. We spent the few hours we were there feeling very alone, vulnerable & scared, Had it not been so late by the time we arrived that night we would have left and tried to find something else. We got out of there as soon as we woke up! BTW - The TV doesn't work, the blind is broken so remains down, the handle for the window is installed the wrong way, the flooring is starting to separate (not that you would, but don't walk barefoot), some of the sockets don't work. To the owner of this place....... I would be embarrassed and ashamed for allowing a lone female and young child to stay in such a disgusting room and to feel so scared. You had a duty of care to check us in or at least make sure we were ok, your curt tx msgs did nothing to assure us, you failed in every duty of care to us, shame on you! I hope your female family members never have to go through a night like what me and my daughter did!

Property so dirty and disgusting it smelt so bad I’ve asked for a full refund this place needs reporting to the council! Do not book this!!

the check in was stupid the number on the property doesnt work my check in was ment to be 4pm check but it ended up taking 2 hours and i got in by 6 the property smelt really bad the room smelt so bad me and my wife had to leave to the shop to get air freshener as it smelt very bad the bed had dirt on it and the bed also smelt the chair was ripped and everything in the room was dusty the floor was disgusting and sticky and the tv dint work the bathroom smelt nothing good and will be contacting booking to get my refund

The place was generally dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no hot water in either of the showers. The first shower I went to was full of what appeared to be pubic hair. Disgusting.

nothing felt like I’d catch aids

ceiling started leaking in I rang and rang nobody answered this went on for 3 days I had nowhere else to stay so I had to stay there and on the last day at about 12pm they rang me and said you can go to other one of our property for the rest of your stay, I was literally going home in the morning, bathroom was disgusting water never heat up, kitchen was empty no pans no nothing floor was all moldy was really unhealthy got no refund

A disgusting place and needs to be removed from Booking.com listings. I strongly urge people to stay well away from this place. Any good reviews must be fake. I slept in the car, until it became too cold, need I say more? The kitchen, bathrooms, corridors (everything) are without doubt, the most disgusting I've ever witnessed or likely to witness again. When I thought it couldn't get any worse. In the morning I went into town for some breakfast, as the kitchen was too horrendous to even step foot in, let alone eat in. Only to find, when I came back for some personal belongings they had been taken. I hadn't even checked out. And guess what, the owner/manager isn't going to return them but admits possession. How utterly appalling. How is this person allowed to operate. For peoples protection, I am seeking this place to be removed from any listings.

Booking.com should be ashamed of themselves, how the hell you've got that disgusting place on your books is unbelievable, it was more of an hostel for drug addicts, I had to book another hotel which cost me £80.75 , you need to reimburse me that £40.00 immediately.
