Great location and condo very private. You don't have the ocean view but the marina is across the street about a 5 minute walk. Anywhere in downtown is a 5-12 minute walk so have a blast! Johnny is quick to respond.

The condo is clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly imagine needing on vacation. The location is excellent, quiet, and secure. I would definitely stay there again. The owner accommodated us and was quick to answer questions I had. Excellent response time.

Location is great, place is well laid out and clean. Well appointed, lots of the necessities are already there. Easy to get to and close to everything.

For staying in the e heart of Cabo it was a very good location, in a clean unit with reasonable prices.

This 2 bedroom is perfect! Location is close to most things near the marina. It was supplied with everything you might need. But of course bring your own food and beverages. It was clean , safe and quiet ( important when your done with the day’s festivities ) nice little condo. Fairly priced too! Nice little garden courtyard right out the front gate as well. Enjoy your stay in Cabo San Lucas!

Great location - close to the marina. Responsive host. Perfect base for exploring the area and still have quiet place for relaxing.

The property was as described. The place was clean and orderly. The proximity to downtown was perfect. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance.

Always quick to respond to any concerns. Bottled water available always. Pool could be warmer. Needs pool loungers. Quiet , clean & safe to stay.

My husband and I decided to come 3 days early for our all inclusive trip and we lucked out with this place for sure! Love that it is a private condo complex with a code to get in as well. The views are beautiful. Great location for walking to almost every spot. Found some gems for eating at during our adventures. The only recommendation would be that the sliding door to the patio get some attention as it is extremely hard to open and close. We would definitely come back again!

My friend and I came down for Sammy Hagar’s 75th birthday party and rented this property. From the moment I booked, the entire experience was great. The owner is super friendly and helpful with the questions I had. Very clean and well maintained and within walking distance of most things we did. Just a short Uber ride to the other side of the marina. I would definitely stay here again!!

Jonny’s place is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Equipped with everything you may need! Very quiet. The pool is gorgeous and was practically empty the whole time we were there. We really enjoyed it. Classy complex, very safe, and walking distance to the main attractions, such as the Marina, cool restaurants and bars. $5 Uber ride to Medano beach. It was my friends first time in Cabo and they felt extremely safe. Jonny was an exceptional host. Very accommodating and with great communication. From now I will only stay here when I visit Cabo! The property is in an excellent area very close to the marina and all the good restaurants and shops. 10/10 best spot I’ve stayed at.

A quick 2 minute walk from downtown that was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Well kept and clean with a solid view. Neighbors were pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely stay again :)

We came to fish and it was close to marina. Easy walk. There was an issue with the electricity but that got fixed promptly. Over all great stay.

Excellent communication from the host and tons of recommendations listed inside the condo. We were within 15 minutes walk to the marina. It’s a good quiet area at night. Definitely recommend staying here!

Decent location and great rooms. Couldn’t figure out how to get the hot tub hot though.

Awesome location! Condo is very well appointed, one of the best we have stayed in. Jonny is prompt on communicating and provides lots of ideas for people that are new to the area (we were not, but appreciate the tips). Will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately it seems that maintenance is not a priority of the condo owner. The filters in the airi/heat units were plugged. Two of the four lights in the kitchen plus the microwave light above the stove were burned out. When reported to the owner he said there were probably replacement lights in a drawer or we could talk to the condo maintenance man. His response was that he does not speak English. The condo is not well equipped. There are 3 hand towels and three teaspoons for the two bedroom condo. There was black mold on the shower platform and the shower light in the master bathroom was burned out. The best thing about the condo is the quiet location near a park and the other condo renters/owners who are very friendly.
