Fabulous, private location in the heart of Killington, just minutes to the lifts and even closer to all the restaurants, bars, markets, delis and ski/snowboard shops that the Access Road has to offer. Excellent internet and cell phone service. This 3,000 sqft chalet sits on a 1 acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, giving privacy year round and with exceptional winter views of Killington Peak. MAIN LEVEL Updated kitchen/dining room fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, stainless steel appliances granite work tops and seating at island as well as dining table. Spacious living room with flat screen smart TV, new gas fireplace and seating 8 comfortably. Shower room. Generous primary bedroom with renovated en-suite bathroom and closet. There is a large deck accessible from the living room, with outdoor table, chairs and BBQ and offering gorgeous views south towards Killington Peak. Also on this level laundry room with full size washer and dryer. UPPER LEVEL Two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One room has a queen bed, the other, bunk beds and a king, which can be separated to two twins. Small deck off both bedrooms with south facing views to Killington Peak. LOWER LEVEL Large family room with 70" screen smart TV and sound system, brand new sectional sofa and full size futon. Mud room giving safe storage space for skis/snowboards/mountain bikes/wet gear! Walkout through mud-room into the garden. IMPORTANT: Please note that during the winter season, all-wheel drive vehicles are required.

Booked this property for a holiday ski trip with family! House was perfect, super clean and updated. Smart TV's to watch shows when we were not out skiing or eating. The location is also what makes this home so great. Right off the access rd for a quick ride to the base lodges in the am, and a short ride to drinks and dinner out after a long day of skiing. The owner was very responsive any time I had a question. Looking forward to booking this place in the future for another ski trip to Killington.

The house was wonderful. Very clean and well-equipped for the four of us. We never used the basement level as the main living room was so comfortable with a gas fireplace and ample seating. The location allowed easy access to VT100 for leafing and ample access to restaurants in close proximity.
Lucy provided us with all the check-in information needed prior to arriving and included a complete notebook on the operation of everything in the house.
I would recommend this house to family and friends.

Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house just minutes away from Killington mountain. The whole experience was excellent and the communication with the owner was impeccable. She even went above and beyond the call of duty to return some items left behind.

This immaculately clean and beautifully well-stocked property was the perfect home base for a week's worth of Vermont fun. We hiked up Killington, poked around the shops in Woodstock, kayaked at nearby Chittenden Reservoir, explored local waterfalls, and much more.
The home is perfect for a family group. Big kitchen table for family dinners and game nights; every kitchen tool and appliance you might need; crisp, clean linens and towels; two large, comfortable family rooms; a lovely front yard flower garden; ample parking; and convenient location. Highly recommend!

There is no negative about this house. It has the perfect set back location, yet it is close to EVERYTHING. The house is immaculate and very spacious. We look forward to renting again!

The house was very nice and accommodating. We had a large group and the many beds and showers were a huge bonus for this trip. Very nice kitchen and appliances. Check in was very easy and check out instructions were clear.

We had a great time at this property. It’s right off the access road and super convenient for both skiing and nightlife. Lucy was helpful and communicative and the house was perfect for our needs as a group of 8 people- four adults, four kids. Would definitely stay here again.

We cannot overstate what an ideal house this was for our group. It is obvious that nothing is an afterthought for Lucy - all of the supplies and accommodations are carefully selected. The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms feature well-appointed updates. The views of the resort from the house are great. The ski / mudroom functioned perfectly for our equipment and access to the cars. The 3 thermostats kept everything comfortable. We very much hope we can rent the house again soon.

The house was spotless when we arrived with a well-stocked kitchen. Linens and towels were plush and beds were all comfortable, even the bunks! I worked from the house and had excellent internet and phone service. There was scheduled internet maintenance while we were there (overnight), and the owner was fantastic with communication. Loved the gas fireplaces and layout of the rooms in general. We hope to return next time during mid-winter for more great skiing and a cozy getaway!

Spring Ski/Snowboard Trip to Killington!
We had a great stay at Pinetree! The house is beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and has all the amenities you could need. The photos are very accurate, yet we felt the property was even nicer in person! The location is perfect as well; a short drive to the mountain, and even walking distance to some of the restaurants along the access road. We will definitely try to book this again in the future.

Comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. Really close to the mountain and restaurants and shops. Lower level entrance/mudroom very convenient. Loved this home and will look to book it again next season!

This is a very nice place to stay. Super clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and lots of space!! We had a wonderful time and Lucy was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house !!

spacious, clean, convenient
We stayed for 4 nights with our adult kids and another couple. The layout was perfect for us. And everyone commented that it was clean and nicely decorated. The master suite has a recently updated bathroom and the towels were really thick and soft. Our bed was very comfortable. We used the big eat in kitchen because we stayed in for our meals and found everything we needed. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the ample comfortable seating in the family room. The location is very convenient to skiing. If you prefer to dine out or get takeout it's easy to do so. All in all we had a great stay. I would definitely stay again if I return to the area with a large group.

Wonderful family getaway!
We wanted to have a relaxing vacation away from the crowds and this was exactly that. The house was excellent, a lot of wonderful restaurants and just enough activities to keep us busy.

The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining table was perfect for hours of playing cards. Mountain home
The home itself was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean and the check in process was easy. It should be mentioned the driveway and the walk up to the home were completely covered in ice. It was dangerous to park in the driveway (our car slid down) and walking up to the house was extremely difficult on the ice. We used all of the salt and rock mixtures which were available but it did not help. This needs to be addressed as it is a legitimate safety concern
