This house was the perfect place for our little family to vacation. Very clean and tidy. Well stocked kitchen and so many beach and water toys for our family to enjoy. The hosts were EXTREMELY accommodating and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Wonderful property convenient to shopping and restaurants, very clean, lots of amenities, pool was wonderful and warm, great place to hang out and play games with company. Kitchen well stocked with conveniences. Lots of games and activities. Highly recommended.

We visited Bonita Springs to do a college tour near by. It was very close to the beach and the school. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and spacious. Great communication with the property manager. He was very helpful! We will definitely be back.

We LOVED our stay here. This property had everything we could have possibly needed…and more!! The house was so very welcoming and the beds were incredibly comfortable!! We all slept just like we were home…maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and every gadget you could think of!! The pool and outdoor space was perfect. They have games galore to keep you entertained!! The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. They were the absolute BEST!! Everything you could possibly need is here at this location. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. We will definitely stay again!!

So glad this was available for us to rent. Great location, close to beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. Home was spotless and very organized. It was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. Great communication with the owner. We even extended our stay. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at this property! You felt at home as soon as you walked in the doorThe home was well maintained and incredibly clean. Not only was the house well equipped, everything provided from plates and cutlery, to outdoor games and sports equipment was in great shape. The host was easy to get in contact with, and promptly responded to any questions.

The rental was “as advertised “ and our host couldn’t have been better. The grandkids loved the pool and all of the other amenities featured. Our host has another house right across the street that we viewed and will consider both homes for a larger gathering in the future. Thank you for the memories made.

This house is the perfect getaway spot. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. The pool is lovely, there's a pool table, foosball, and darts to entertain people (as well as a closet full of games). There are a few restaurants that are walkable (we're from NYC, so we walk everywhere). The owner was incredibly responsive when I needed anything, even something as silly as, "Where are the pool towels hiding?" Five stars from us!

The process was smooth and positive from renting to check out. The place was immaculate, had plenty of amenities, and the communication with Guillermo was excellent. This is a very comfortable place, great to create memories with your loved ones. This is the first time in 4 years that we have all of our kids together, and all of us are highly satisfied with all this place has to offer. I recommend it without hesitation.

We could not have asked for a better beach vacation house than this! Literally a 10 minute drive to Barefoot Beach. It has everything one needs to enjoy the local beaches, but also has all the conveniences to make being at home relaxing. The communication was clear and effective, the house is clean and the pool and entertainment area was wonderful! The hosts were amazing and we would highly recommend this listing!

Property was clean and beautiful. We didn’t want to eat out constantly and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook meals in. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

We brought dogs and family. House was perfect for all of us. Host wants you to have fun and includes lots of toys, grills, huge TV, basic supplies and spices for cooking. Comfortable beds, clean, good water pressure, cold AC, wonderful pool and screened area.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was fantastic. The master bed was so wonderful to sleep on. It was clean, everything well appointed. Kitchen had all you woukd need. We cooked in the kitchen 6 nights of our week there, ate out onced. The grill was used, too. Pool is lovely. Proximity to the beach us just a short drive away. Overall, it was just what we needed!!

This house was amazing! Everything you could possibly need and then some. Extremely clean and comfortable!! Game area and closet full of family games. Garage was an added bonus-coolers, chairs, scooters, beach umbrellas, towels, toys, etc. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!!

The house is beautiful and was well-equipped with everything we needed. Our children really enjoyed the pool!!! Our original intention was to head to the beach frequently, but that changed once we saw how much the kids were enjoying the pool. We have children of varying age ranges and we ALL truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this location If you’re looking for a fun and relaxing time in a quiet neighborhood!

We loved our stay! The home is very well kept & property manager stayed in touch with us throughout if ever we had a question. Very clean & had so many extras to allow our group a wonderful stay. This was an awesome property. The location was great and allowed us to visit Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel and Bonita Springs beaches. (All great beaches). You have all the comforts of your home away from home with a very responsive host! The weather was unseasonably cool so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much, but our twenty something “boys” still took several dips. The wagon, shelling nets, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler came in so handy and nothing we could have brought with us. We felt very fortunate to have such a sparkling clean home with nice beds for all bedrooms. The master’s mattress was a little firm but would take that over too soft.
