The deck off the master on suite is a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee to enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean while watching the sun rise or fall asleep to the sound of the surf. The main deck located off the living room features a high-top table and chairs to enjoy meals though out the day while relaxing to the sound of the ocean. With every amenity at your fingertips, you'll want for nothing during your stay. From high-speed internet and cable TV for entertainment to beach chairs and umbrellas for lazy days on the sand, this oceanfront condo has it all. Pack light and take advantage of the provided beach towels, linens, and even a washer and dryer for added convenience. Outside your door you will be steps away from the beach and the outdoor pool. The property has 3 outdoor pools, one newly renovated 2022 indoor pool, hot tub, workout room, shuffleboard, tennis, and basketball. The iconic Kure pier is 1 mile away which is a local favorite for fishing. There is plenty of things to enjoy for all ages, from beach activities, fishing, biking, or just relaxing. The town of Kure beach and Carolina beach offer great restaurants, bars, shopping and parks. The Aquarium and Fort Fisher are just a short drive, where you can also catch the ferry to the charming town of South Port to enjoy more restaurants and shopping. There is plenty to do but mostly we hope you will just relax and enjoy our condo and of course the BEACH😊

We have rented several beach front condos and this is the best by far. Very clean, decorated as if someone lived there, stocked with everything you need and in excellent condition. It even had a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations. Great communication with the owners. We could not think of one thing that could be improved.

The property was beautiful with wonderful views right on the beach. Nicely decorated with a beach theme but also Christmas decorations too! There was a welcome sign with our name & a bottle of wine waiting for us. It felt like a home, not a rental property! Would definitely stay here again if available!

Rented this fabulous condo for our 30th anniversary. Location, communication, cleanliness and beautiful view and decor. Deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the waves and dolphins. Beds very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for the amazing stay, will definitely be back.

This is the absolute best condo we have stayed in. The owners made us feel so special! They did so much to make our trip comfortable, from leaving us a bottle of wine to leaving notes and spas and they even made sure we had toilet paper,paper towels, new sponge dish liquid, washing supplies. I mean they went all out. I have never stayed at a place like this one . The condo was clean and the views were to dye for. I would recommend this condo and tell you that it will be a blessing!!!

A five star VRBO experience as the condo is perfect little beachfront place, tastefully decorated and with everything needed for the stay. Hosts went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure it was all we expected. Hint, bring binoculars to watch the pelicans dive and the dolphins in the surf. Thanks Kathie and Randy!

The property is just as described with a beautiful view of the sunrise from the balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is nice. There are plenty of attractions nearby within an easy drive. We enjoyed the Wilmington Riverwalk as well as nearby beaches and parks. The aquarium is a great place to visit.

We walked into a beautiful, clean, inviting retreat with a stunning view of the ocean! The condo had everything thing we needed to enjoy our stay! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, collecting shells and beautiful sunrises!

Our family had an amazing time, and loved the beauty and cleanliness of this condo. It was perfect for us. Kathie and Randy were great and made us feel welcome. We would definitely come back for another visit!

This was an immaculate (and beautiful!) property and came equipped with anything you might need for your stay. The owners were extremely responsive to any and all questions/concerns and they went above-and-beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place at Kure Beach and, after our stay, see why it is so highly recommended on VRBO. What a wonderful vacation. Thank you Kathie and Randy for everything. We were welcomed with a sweet message on the chalk board, bottle of wine, chocolates and a personal note. The hosts have thought of everything you could need for a very enjoyable stay. The view is spectacular waking to the sunrise right outside our bedroom. In the evening the sunset can be seen from the front balcony. The accommodations are very beautiful, clean and cozy. We did not want to leave! Thank you so much Kathie and Randy for making our stay so memorable.

Randy and Kathy are incredible hosts. This is by far the cleanest and most beautifully decorated condo we have stayed at. The beds and furniture were comfortable, outside seating was great and easy access to beach and pool. So many amenities that were nice and made our stay so enjoyable. We thank you for an amazing condo. Our family needed this wonderful vacation. Highly recommend this condo.

Amazing views of the beach and ocean, couldn't be much closer! Easy communicating with Kathie and Randy. So clean with everything you could possibly need. Totally enjoyed all the local art which added to the beach experience! The large deck and hi-top table and chairs were perfect. An added touch was a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates! Well appointed, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen. Slept 4 adults, a 4 year old and a 5 year old comfortably. Easy beach access to the right and left of the condos. So close to the Ft. Fisher aquarium and historical site! Thoughtful hosts! All in all a great place to stay!

Very clean! Plenty of bath towels and also kitchen cookware/utensils/glassware. Sitting at the comfortable balcony table watching and listening to the ocean a stone’s throw away…priceless! Very short walk to beach access, like 30 yards, maybe. Had a question for the hosts and they returned my text and actually called me right away. Service the way it should be. I can’t think of any reason that any guest of this unit would have to be dissatisfied. Thanks to our hosts, Randy and Kathie.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Kathie and Randy were super easy to communicate with. The property is as nice as advertised. Waking up to the sounds of waves crashing outside the bedroom slider was just what we needed after touring college campuses during the day. I would highly recommend this property.

100% book this condo! Beach front sunrises every morning, the sound of the ocean from the balcony was wonderful! We were blown away on how beautiful it is, the decor is so well thought out and the condo is stocked with all you need including beach towels! The location is also great! It’s really short walk to the beach. The Kure beach pier is a short drive away. Wilmington is really close too. There is a food Lion close by that has a great little donut shop! You can walk to the riverview restaurant and watch the sunset!

My husband and I often take an October trip over his birthday. This is the third time we vacationed in NC and the first time on the beach. Previously we’ve been in The mountains. While the mountains are my favorite in October because of the fall foliage, we loved the beach as well. This condo was the perfect escape. It was extremely clean and Randy and Kathy’s attention to detail was incredible! They made certain guests would have everything they need! The beach is steps away and the location is close to the sights and Wilmington. We will bring our grandkids here next time!

Our family, including a 1.5 year old and a 3.5 year old, stayed here for a long weekend and had a fantastic time. They thought of everything to make the place comfortable, functional, and kid-friendly. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (including good knives!), the kids plates and utensils, the beach toys and chairs. It made the weekend easy and let us leave some things at home. The pool just near the unit was great to let the kids splash around. Plus, the updates were beautifully done and the unit was very clean when we arrived.

Everything in the condo exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, very well supplied and exquisitely furnished and decorated. Add in the ocean view and WOW!!
