-The view mainly is what I liked at first but it’s 7 out of 10. -The cleanliness of the bed and the apartment is not bad. -Micheal who met us was cooperative. -The beach is 2 minutes walk. -The swimming pool is big. -The apartment size is big but lack of decorations not as shown in the photos. -The supermarket is downstairs. -The balcony is big.

-First of all they have a very weird policy that they would ask you to pay around 600$ (2,000 AED) in the day of arrival as a deposit. Later on they tried to deduct some amount from the deposit but after a long discussion and I was about to raise a complaint to booking.com so they didn’t. -The parking is free but it is public and at night you have to park far from the building if you find a spot. -The apartment and the building is old -The oven and gas was not working and they had to send someone to fix it. -The building security are very irritating, although we registered accordingly they didn’t share our details with the other security staff and every time they change the shift they ask us again to bring our passports and a prove that we live there even though we went to the supermarket. -The photos are misleading as they used the same plants to take photos for both rooms. -The bed lights are different, one is white color and one is Yellow color which is irritating for me personally. -The apartment has very empty places and corners which doesn’t feel like home and must be filled with decorations. -The sofa bed is definitely not suitable to sleep on, the mattress is very thin and you can feel the bed metals in your back and you would wake up having body pain while the bed in the bedroom is good. -The kitchen doesn’t have many glasses and plates to be used. -We have asked for extra towels but they didn’t provide. -The main door is not closing probably and you can feel hot air coming inside the apartment from it. -Reaching the apartment is hard and you have to make many rounds in the car to reach in and out. -The shampoo and shower gel is very very low quality compared to others.
