Within Ocean City’s Gold Coast neighborhood, the house is only 7 houses from the beautiful 18th Street Beach and Boardwalk. This Beach House is perfectly located for your summer vacation. Situated at the corner of 18th Street and Central Avenue, and facing the beach in Ocean City, New Jersey, you will genuinely enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze on the awning covered front porch. The word that best describes this beach house it is Comfortable. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV's, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room just to mention a few of the features. There are two (2) off street designated parking spaces for this property right behind the rear entrance door. An enclosed outside shower as well as private enclosed storage for beach chairs and beach accessories is also provided. FYI #2: Our daughter, son-in-law and our 2 grandchildren will be staying on the second floor with us during the first 3 weeks of July. We will make noise too.
