Ocean views in each bedroom and a lovely balcony with a view of the waves - there's plenty to enjoy in this beach condo! Nautical decor and modern tile and wood-style flooring set the tone for this family-friendly space. Don't worry, there's central air conditioning to help keep everyone cool and comfortable. A ceiling fan and TV in each bedroom will help everyone relax on their own terms. When you're coming back from the beach (which really is as close as it looks!), just stick the sandy towels in the private washer/dryer and start relaxing. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub and a heated, outdoor pool during their stay. What's nearby: Walk to the beach, and enjoy the miles of jewel-tone ocean in both directions. Get a great look of the surrounding area at the Exploration Tower, just under two miles away. Not far from the Tower is the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse, where guests can take a tour and learn more about the area's space exploration heritage. If you're looking to go fishing out on the water, guests can find many options from Port Canaveral just over two miles from the condo. The Manatee Sanctuary Park (one-and-a-half miles from the condo) provides a lovely retreat and a chance to view one of Florida's most protected animals. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The views from both bedrooms is awesome. The location is great. Close to great food, the port, space center.

Pool wasn’t cleaned for days, the hot tub didn’t work. I had to clean up, strip the beds, start the dishwasher and take the trash out. It ran much better when it was owned by Royal Mansions. We have been coming here since 1996!

Amazing views. Condo needs major updating. The kitchen cookware, utensils, etc are old. Two flights of steps just to get to the first of two floors in the condo. TV cable is minimal and not user friendly. The condo grounds were clean and quiet. Probably would not rent this one again unless it has a major interior update.

Secone time at this GREAT Location. Balcony has AMAZING view. Nice location, close to lots of shoping options within a short drive. Or stay close for a beach/pool day.

The location of this property was perfect for us. Very quiet and right on the beach. The views from the deck and both bedrooms was spectacular. Loved it!

Everything way good except the heater in the pool was not working the whole week we weren’t able to use the pool one time☹️

When we first got there, there was a couple issues, after making contact with who we needed to, they were very understandable and cooperative with the issues. But after that this was one of the best vacations I ever had. Very clean, awesome views and everything worked as it was suppose to. The perfect distance from the ocean, the pool and hot tub were great. The only thing I thought might be considered is that they keep the pool and hot tub available after dusk. They have beautiful lights that light up the pool and hot tub after dusk and it would be great to use the pool and hot tub while its lit up so beautiful.

Great location. Perfect ocean views and beach access. Perfect spot for I witnessing rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Kitchen, living and dining area could be upgraded and brightened up. Definitely needs a more comfy couch.

We loved that it's closest to the oceanfront with unobstructed views from both the downstairs and upstairs bedrooms, and the balcony! It was very clean upon arrival. I would have given it 5 stars but you absolutely must replace both mattresses! They are in terrible condition!

We really enjoyed the direct ocean view from this condo. I will have to say that the furniture wasn’t all that comfortable. The beds slept good, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with one of the bathroom sinks leaking , but they fixed it almost immediately. I don’t know that I would return to this condo , because the stairs are getting to be a little too much for us. For good able bodies it would be great.

What a great place to view the Artemis I launch. The beach front property was illuminated as if daytime. The condo was quite comfortable and as described. The unit was well maintained and clean. Only downside was lot’s of stairs.

We loved this condo. The beach access points were right next to the building, making it super convenient to pack up and get to the beach WITHOUT HAVING TO DRIVE and it was far enough away from the public access that the beach crowd was extremely low. The balcony was nice to sit out on at night to just listen to the waves. Overall a great place to stay!

Took me three attempts to contact management for pool and beach access code. Need better way to contact management where they respond timely and access code should be in condo. Otherwise a wonderful condo. Advertisement of this condo is accurate. Would rent again.

We liked the location, unit was clean. The pool and hot tub were nice. Not too crowded, even during Spring Break! Our only issues were that the two beds were extremely small. Not even queen size. We were often told wrong by management about what the unit offered in terms of amenities. We were told that there was no beach equipment, very few kitchen supplies. We were pleasantly surprised that there was quite a bit of beach equipment and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. We were told that there WERE beach towels, only to find out there were none. The management company bent over backwards, however, to make up for this miscommunication.

The kitchen was well equipped even for a lengthy stay. The pool and hot tub are close by. As others have mentioned, the stairs would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. The only negatives are the condition of the washer/dryer and kitchen appliances, but that would not stop us from wanting to stay there again.

We stayed here for a week while our son attended space camp at KSC. It was a perfect location for having to drive to KSC 2 x per day while having a beautiful beach front property. The condo is beautiful and a great space. The problems we had was that the guests before us clogged/broke the garbage disposal. This made it incredibly hard to use the sink and caused the dishwasher to flood leak into the kitchen. The property manager did not provide resolution during our stay, but we're nice to talk too. We were also not given the codes for access to the pool or beach gates, even when calling vacasa. Luckily we obtained the beach gate code from the people performing maintenance. The owner needs to provide property manager with better details so renters have all the information they need. Also note that the trash cans are small and there are no additional trash bags provided. Renter will need to provide additional trash bags and laundry soap. Property hot tub and pool where not maintained during our visit to where we felt comfortable using. If improvements were made we would stay here every summer.

The place was awesome! It was beautiful and the location was perfect. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships coming in & out of the port. The stairs took some getting used to. The a/c thermostat didn’t have batteries in it. The beds were not the most comfortable but tolerable. Overall….. Great place. We will be back.

Property had couple of problems (one being a clogged kitchen sink upon arrival). Property manager could not get it fixed during our 4 night stay. Poor communication, no follow through in promises of repair. Very dissatisfied with management company and will not use them in the future
