Complete renovation with beautifully interior-designed finishes. Every piece of cabinetry, hardware, shower finishes, bathroom fixtures, furniture, artwork, kitchen appliances have been meticulously hand-picked to create a pristine, luxury stay for the guest. Entering into the luxury suite you will look straight out the window wall to the Lake and Village at Lake Las Vegas. A covered patio draws you out to watch the lake and village activities. The quiet stir of paddleboards and kayaks creates a peaceful respite on your private balcony. We have created an outdoor yoga experience for you on the balcony with yoga mats, towels, and a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise, and an evening glass of wine and dinner on your outdoor table while you enjoy a glorious desert sunset. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the kitchen equipment you would need to prepare a simple turkey dinner or a gourmet meal. The cook can enjoy preparing a meal while enjoying the family in the kitchen that opens to the great room. A large table sits six with seating for an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. Every room has full-on views of the Lake. The primary suite enjoys views down the lake towards the lake mead with a large shower with two shower heads, including a rain shower. Two sinks with a large lighted mirror in the primary suite bathroom provides convenience for guests. Beautiful bright natural light during the day and exquisitely placed lighting for evening relaxation creates enjoyment day and night. A large high-definition TV for movies and sports is easily enjoyed from the Eastern King bed. Side tables with cellphone or computer plug-ins keep your device batteries full. The secondary bedroom suite includes a Queen bed with luxury bedding, and side tables with charging stations for cell phones. The view is of the lake and the pool area. The High definition TV provides entertainment and relaxation. The large bathroom includes two sinks, a large lighted mirror, and a large shower. The property has a Ring Doorbell Camera on the door. Luxurious and cozy unit with spectacular views of Lake Las Vegas and surrounding area. The condo was located in a beautiful upscale and serene area. Definitely plan on returning!!

Property was as advertised, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would note as others did that the main bedroom is quite bright as the sun rises but we weren't bothered by it. I would recommend this property.

Our Family enjoyed a very relaxing stay at this beautiful, scenic property. We were thankful not to encounter any of the issues or challenges described by others. We brought ant traps just in case, but they weren't needed. The suite already had some in place. We brought extra paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwashing liquid. Our supplies were not needed. The suite was well stocked. The couch and beds were comfortable. It was nice to have big screen TV's in each room. I liked having access to all the channels including Netflix. Wi-fi connection was great. We weren't able to relax outdoors due to the high winds (and the little insects, which may have been mosquitos). The light switches were a bit challenging in the kitchen/dining area. And the kitchen and bathroom faucet fixtures can use some tightening. The Master-suite was perfect for my parents. Overall a great stay. Wish we had a few more days to enjoy!

Sadly, the property has some serious issues that need to be addressed. The windows are 20 years old and the first 4 nights my bedroom window didn’t close all the way (it was 30 degrees out). The blinds are paper and were stuck in the roller shade by other renters (not their fault) but they were never repaired. The sun comes blazing in first thing in the morning. Being on the lake is beautiful but the little village on the lake has suffered badly since COVID and many shops and restaurants are now closed. The property description said the unit was recently renovated and I think they made some upgrades, but things like the broken windows and bathroom faucets that turned 360 degrees, and ripped screens were annoying. They sent someone to try and repair some of those things and the engineer was VERY kind but it was a big interruption to a vacation that was only 7 days long. We had 4 days of issues and repairs. They ended up giving me a credit but it still cost $2,000. Housekeeping is NOT doing their job. I wore a NEW pair of slippers while I was there and the floor (stone) didn’t look dirty but my slippers were black by the end of my stay. Some of the “fresh” towels in the bathroom had hair on them. I never spoke with the owners- they live out of the country. You will only deal with Las Vegas Vacations- the property mgmnt company. Raymond was nice and did the best he could and was VERY responsive but if the unit isn’t in great shape- what can they do? I HATE to leave this review because they tried to fix things at the last minute by sending an engineer but he could only do so much. You can’t fix broken windows, ripped screens, broken blinds, faucets in EVERY room that spin around when you use the sink, while tenants are renting the place. That needs to be done with professional vendors. I don’t want another person to have their hard earned vacation ruined like mine was. Once EVERYTHING is fixed and housekeeping actually mops the floors, then it might be ok. Until then, I can’t recommend this place. I just don’t want anyone to be as disappointed as I was. It looks amazing in the pictures but it needs serious work. The same owners have many units in this community so make sure you look to see what you’re getting and be careful. Safe travels

We had a wonderful time. We’ve stayed in other VRBO’s at the property but this unit was probably the best so far. We had a wonderful time. We’ve stayed in other VRBO’s at the property but this unit was probably the best so far. Always Relaxing and Peaceful
The property never disappoints. It’s always clean and well-appointed, close to everything and the community is picturesque and peaceful. We consider this our home away from home. It is the only place we have visited since the pandemic and did so without reservations. We look forward to returning and staying for a longer period of time!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful and close enough to everything we could want to do and see without being crowded.
The pool was not useable for the first 4 days which was not disclosed to us prior to checking in. We were given the opportunity to use the pool at the resort across the lake, but this was not very convenient.
The unit has an ant issue. Noticed ant traps all over when we got there, but it got worse during our stay. Mainly in the master bath. We had to wipe everything every time we went in there to get rid of the ants crawling all over. We understand it is hot outside and the bugs will look for cooler shelter, and we are neat people anyways....however, the situation was not ideal.

We did our own shopping, however having basic salt and pepper, maybe butter as well, would have been nice since buying large quantities for a one week stay is a bit much. This was our first visit to Lake Las Vegas, and overall was a positive one. When we booked this rental, it had 1 review, so it was essentially the pictures and the property manager's other reviews that sold us. Here are our real life impressions of the place:
Positive-
The condo has undergone a beautiful remodel, and was possibly the cleanest rental we've experienced. The view from the balcony is fantastic and really transports you away from being in the middle of the desert. The check-in process, even in no-contact COVID times, was seamless and easy. The grounds seemed well kept. Location is awesome for the view and walking distance to the retail area at Lake Las Vegas.
Neutral-
The majority of the retail shops at Lake Las Vegas are gone. This is by no means the fault of the rental property... I'm sure before COVID this place was hoppin'. It was a bit depressing to walk around empty streets with empty shops and an empty grocery store. The restaurants had some patrons, but we didn't eat out as we deal with some food allergies and none of the options really catered to that.
Annoying-
Other than one towel bar near the shower, no place to hang hand towels in the kitchen or bathrooms.
The only seating on the patio is the sectional pictured. It's a huge patio... why no lounge chairs for enjoying the view? Hard to get comfy out there.
The kitchen table felt more decorative than functional. Small space, with comfy oversized orange chairs around a massive solid wood table. Fine for 2 people that could sit at one corner, but for a full family it would be a tight squeeze to get to the kitchen or the seats at the back.
Negative-
The concrete slab that's posing as a king bed. My wife's dream life is sleeping on a firm mattress, and this was far too solid for even her liking. We had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom to get any sleep... it's a marginally softer queen bed.
Community noise. For all the big deal that the check-in process made about noise complaints and quiet hours and respecting the neighbors by softly shutting the door, this was a noisy rental. Dogs, doors slamming, loud conversations. There's also a siren that goes off at the pedestrian bridge periodically, 24 hours a day. You'll hear it if you're a light sleeper.
Overall-
On the nicer end of the spectrum for rentals, but needs some creature comforts to make it 5 stars.
