Lovely house. The decor was great and a lovely patio area. Very quiet but handy for us attending Upton blues festival. Taxis recommended by the owners were really efficient and friendly

it was great to be able to book both apartments together for a big family. love the kitchen in both apartments.

the one bedroom in the downstairs apartment had no windows and one of the bedrooms in the upstairs apartment had two roof lights as windows but no blinds so it was so bright in the mornings. the beds are really uncomfortable and I ended up sleeping on the sofa! the neighbours are really noisy too and there was s dog howling all night which kept us all awake.

The apartment was bigger than expected, Three really good sized bedrooms all with double beds, that were very comfortable. Accomodation was lovely and clean. Both showers are electric so plenty of hot water. Kitchen is well euipped with a large table and chairs. Good communication from the owner.

The accomodation is close to a main road and therefore there is some traffic noise. There is also some noise from people living above, but not excessive. One of the bedrooms has no windows but with double doors that open from the lounge. I wouldnt let these small dislikes put me off staying again as it is a lovely , clean apartment equipped with everything we needed for a break in the malvern hills.

Everything was great! It was a comfortable and relaxing stay that felt like home !

Location for three counties show ground was very good and surrounding area.parking was available but quite tight if you have a larger car.

We felt at home and comfortable very quickly the apartment has a really friendly feeling to it. We liked having the terrace to sit out on. The introduction booklet was really well done full of proper local insight. Great location to walk down to the Malvern festival but you might need a good wheeled trolly to bring you plants back lol.

Only minor quibbles. The toilet flush was a little reluctant. The filler value needs adjusting to allow in 2cm more water. Amazingly the weather was very Sunny in early May and the terrace became baking hot. We would ask if a sun umbrella and stand could be provided just in case.

Very good location. We were exhibiting at the Three counties Showground so the location was perfect.

Very clean and spacious when travelling. Easy to find and a friendly host.

Great location for a walking trip, only 5 minutes down the road from Great Malvern. All in all really pleased with the experience.

Mattress in the suite were too soft for my liking I suppose I’m used to sleeping on firmer mattress. Didn’t have a comfortable sleep. Water was leaking somewhere in the main bathroom near the shower and toilet

Could hear quite a lot of movement from the flat above but did not spoil our stay

I phoned the host to get the key code she was very nice and responded quickly.

It would have been better to have a text message with the code as I didn't receive the email in time for check in.

Showers are not very powerful - not good when you have long hair to wash. Perhaps some lighting outside the property so that you can see the key lock when arriving at night.

The accommodation is spacious and clean and is in a nice location

It would be better if some of the rooms had twin beds rather than the queen size in every room. My teenage sons didn't like sharing a bed

We self catered and kitchen facilities were very good. Lounge was comfortable . Location was good.

The place was a bit cold and smelt damp, third bedroom, although roomy, had no window, hence was damp and we did not use it due to respiratory problems . The onsuite bathroom was damp and musty. The electric showers did not have enough pressure so did not enjoy the showers.
