About this house rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely house for $1,259 per night is a great choice for your next trip. *****NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS***** Beautiful Ocean City, NJ Beach Front Vacation Rental! Located on fabulous 4th Street, this north-end beach front property is ideal to soak in the sun, relax with family and friends, and watch beautiful sunsets in the evening. Walking distance to amusement rides for kids, shopping and restaurants. With parking at a premium, this ideal location offers 2 parking spaces (1 garage and 1 driveway). Once you arrive, you can conveniently park and enjoy all of the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere. This lovely rental with private entrance occupies the first floor and has 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. There is 1 bedroom with King bed and private full bath, 1 bedroom with Queen bed and private bath, another bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed and twin trundle. There is a full bath in the hall with a tub / shower. There is even a comfortable twin daybed with trundle on the ground floor bedroom and full bath as well! This amazing property has a beautifully furnished deck to relax and enjoy morning coffee, afternoon conversation and evening drinks. State-of-the-art technology throughout the home includes 6 TVs with cable, DVD player and high speed WIFI. We also offer easy, hassle-free keyless entry with smart locks. The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar/island with seating for 4 and large dining room table that seats 8. The living room has 2 sofas, comfy oversized chair and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The modern elegance of this beach home and its unbeatable location make this the perfect vacation getaway! To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout). To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you the short-term rental agreement: - Name(s) you want on the rental agreement - Copy of individual's drivers license - Home address - Home and cell phone numbers - List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful home. This property is a stunner. It is fully equipped with everything but food for a great stay. Ramp to the boardwalk is literally outside your door, and the unit is at the end of a cul de sac. Rainy day? No problem, enjoy the stunning view of the boardwalk and the ocean from the living room while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. We had a group of 5, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped, the owners provide games, puzzles and other fun stuff to do when you are not at the beach or boardwalk. Owners are attentive and engaged to ensure that you have a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful oceanfront condo. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here. It looks just as great as the pictures and had enough space for our large family. Great balcony overlooking the ocean, which we enjoyed despite it being November. Easy access to the Boardwalk and the beach.

We had a great two week stay at this beautiful house. The view is amazing. Great communication with the property manager and they were quick to fix a problem. Loved it so much we are staying again next year.

The house was so close to the beach entrance just over the boardwalk and you were there. House was fully equipped with beach gear. They had beach chairs, beach tags, beach caddy, and beach towels everything you need for the beach. Was a very spacious house with everything we needed. Thanks!!

It was an excellent location and excellent experience dealing with the hosts. An issue seems to be occurring regarding the beach tags. Our booklet which you sent to us says 8 beach tags. We left 8 beach tags. There should be no problem.

Range of ages to please-exceeded!
We had a family group ranging from infant to late 60s and this property was great. Plenty of space for us, luxurious finishes, and best was location to the beach and Oves restaurant. For those of us who went to the beach, it was a short walk. For my mother in law in her 60s and not a fan of going to the beach, she felt included in the atmosphere with nice views from the balcony and there was a big open area behind where kids played and she could view. Wish the deck or furniture was a little more accommodating since it felt tight out there but other then that, we were very happy and would love to stay there again.

This was one of the nicest properties we rented at Ocean City New Jersey. Everything was up-to-date and clean. The location was great. The only thing was the kitchen wasn’t very well stocked for cooking( ex - no can opener, etc) .

Top Notch Beachfront Home
We stayed at the home in the midst of the winter. Despite it being bitterly cold, it was an amazing experience for my family. We celebrated my mother's 75th birthday and she was speechless. The comfort and superb location of the home was incredible. Watching the water from the kitchen table or stepping outside almost directly onto the boardwalk was priceless.
We plan to return.

Thanksgiving Getaway
This is our second stay in Ocean City, different house same owners. We chose to stay in one of their homes again because the owners are genuinely interested in providing you with an exceptional stay. This house was right on the boardwalk with an exceptional view of the ocean! The house is well stocked with everything you need. We even played Twister! The house was very roomy. They even had a down stairs area for the kids to hang and play video games away from everyone! We will definitely be returning to this house in the near future!
