Newly remodeled top level 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom entire apartment with a private entrance in the center of Pocatello near ISU, the Holt Arena, and Portneuf Medical Center. Easy access to/from the I-15 Center street exit. About 30 minutes from Pebble Creek Ski Area and Lava Hot Springs. Off-street parking available. Free Netflix and Disney+/Hulu. Fast WIFI and small workstation available. Washer and Dryer (+ laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets) in the apartment. ***Please note that this property has 20 stairs. The first 5 are fairly steep without a handrail - not suitable for anyone that has limitations related to stairs.***

Nice property and centrally located. We would stay there again.

Mark was a great and understanding host when we needed to change our dates. The apartment itself is very nice - the kitchen is fairly well-stocked, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms.
The only downside was that although the steam heaters worked, they made lots of noise at night sometimes. Mark also provided 2 space heaters which helped. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Pocatello!

Great quant vacation rental that has a modern update as well as historic charm. Amenities are plush and plentiful. We will be staying Above the Law again!

The place was awesome and we would definitely stay there again. The house is very clean and welcoming. The host has thought of everything. Great value and nice quiet neighborhood.

Many hardwood stairs with no door or way to block the stairs off. Would be wonderful for families or couples with children over 4-5 years old.
