Situated in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for $656 per night is a great option for your next break. This newly remodeled home in the Bermuda Bay section of Ocean Side Village has everything for your family and friends: The main floor starts with a wide covered front porch; There are 2 master bedrooms- on either side of the front hallway, which also has a 1/2 bathroom for all to use; and a laundry room for easy access. The great room, kitchen and eating area have a cathedral ceiling; there is a large pantry; the kitchen table seats 8, plus there are 4 stools at the counter. Open the sliding glass door to use the BBQ grill, and large table under the umbrella. Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and the lower beds are doubles. it has its own full bathroom with a tub for the kids. The lower level has its own full kitchen, family room, laundry room, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms- 1 with a queen bed, the other has a queen and a twin bed. open the sliding door to use the covered deck with 2 large tables while you enjoy watching the ducks and the fountain in the waterway. Finally, enjoy the recreation room with a pool table which has a ping-pong top, dart board, and table & chairs to play games. Every room has a TV, there are a few DVD players, stereo, a baby high chair, play pen and gate for stairs, wireless internet (password protected) and use the 6 bicycles, 12 beach chairs and wagon. The driveway is large enough for 5 vehicles! The amenities of Ocean Side Village are amazing: Outdoor pools for kids, and adults; a heated indoor pool, two lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffle board and a lighted pickle ball court; a sports field with a backstop for softball/baseball, volleyball, basketball, frisbee, soccer and a playground; a dog park; a fitness center ($25 per person per week), a community center and 24-hour security! Across the street is the Tupelo Bay Lighted 18-hole Executive Golf Course and driving range, and numerous other golf courses are nearby; Fishing is within walking distance at either the Surfside or the Garden City Pier; and you have gated access to park at the beach front parking lot with restrooms- next to the Conch Cafe restaurant! Our 2 golf carts in the garage can be rented for the week

House was spacious and clean. All 12 of us loved it and would go back. Having my personal home catch fire days before trip was scheduled the property manager stepped up and helped us at every turn avoiding us canceling at last minute. Thanks

This home was beautiful and in a great quiet and friendly neighborhood. The owners Rob and Angie were fantastic to work with and very responsive to needs and issues that arose. The golf carts were a hit with the kids and made traveling to the beach a breeze. When little issues needed attention, the owners sent Ed (the handyman) over. He was courteous and professional and took care of the issues. We will book this property again.

This place is AWESOME, as I told Mr.Rob his pictures on this site doesn't do it any justice. It is HUGE and it accommodated my family of 13(10 adults and 3 kids). It is everything that is in the description. I would definitely stay here again. The owners are really nice and are willing to help with anything

We vacation at Surfside beach every year and this is one of the nicest houses we've ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for all of us, the little "apartment" downstairs was perfect for the 4 adults that stayed in that area. One of the golf carts had a flat tire when we arrived and Rob was great about responding right away and rented another golf cart for us when he realized the tire wasn't going to be able to be fixed right away. My only compliant is that you need the golf carts because this house is SO FAR AWAY from the beach.

The property was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay very much. All of the little extras like the golf carts, beach chairs, coolers were VERY much appreciated. The house suited our family perfectly. I have stayed in a few VRBO homes, but this one by far had the BEST stocked kitchen. Thank you for sharing your home.

This house was as advertised and am awesome property. The owner's communication was awesome and there were no problems with check-in or check-out. The location of the property is very good but I would definitely recommend renting golf carts from the owner as they are needed if you plan to go to the beach or pool. The linen service they work with is awesome and we appreciated new sheets being ready to go prior to our arrival. There was plenty of space for our three generations of family that were with us. We had the oldest of our family on the bottom floor as they have bad knees. They had their own rooms and kitchen and bathroom. The main floor of the house was spacious and we never felt cramped. We used the propane grill a couple of times and it lit with no issues. The owner even provided a back-up tank just in case we ran out, which we did! Thanks for that Rob! Getting in and out of the gate was easy and the amenities were also outstanding. They even had free ice cream treats by the pool one day. We were there for a week and our son had a baseball tournament at Grand Park. This property was 15 minutes to the field, only about 7 miles. So that location was great. We went to the the par 3 course a couple times which is across the street. All in all, it was awesome! If I had to pick one thing that could have been a bit better it would be the dusting and vacuuming prior to our arrival, but it wasn't too bad, just could have been better.....but so could my house, LOL. Overall, 4.75 stars out of 5 and I would definitely rent the property and from this owner again.

We really enjoyed our stay this year! The pool table was fun for the whole family. The kitchens were well stocked and had everything we needed to fix a big family meal. The house was beautiful and we love Oceanside Village!

The home is very nice, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. It does need a bit of TLC and a good cleaning but we visited in August which is the end of the rental season. Kitchen could definitely use some bigger coffee mugs. The owners provided some great chairs and stuff to use on the beach which was appreciated as we learned on arrival that our cabana and small shade were not permitted on the beach. Golf cart rental allowed easy beach access and a fun way to get around. Without the cart it would have been a bit of a walk. Super nice helpful owner made the process easy. Thank you!
