We enjoyed our stay in Wilmington ! The house was cozy and clean. The town is so cute with many delicious restaurants in close proximity. Highly recommend staying here !

Great, well kept and equipped house for a large group (we were 5 couples and a solo) in the center of town within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars. Less than 20 minute drive to Mt. Snow. Everything was as pictured and described.

We had such a great stay. We were able to walk in town for the soup and stroll. The house itself is incredible. Very large, clean, and a beautiful welcome basket on arrival. Erica and Casey were great with communication and their chalkboard of list of local stuff was so helpful. I can’t wait to visit VT again and another one of their properties!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It is located in a convenient location. The house was spacious as there were 10 of us including toddlers and infants. It had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the books and toys provided at the house. Erika and Casey were very responsive whenever we had questions. We would stay in this house again if we visit Wilmington in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Very close to Mt. Snow, shops & restaurants. The house was super clean, comfortable and so many bedrooms, including the 3rd floor with 5 more beds! Lots of space and lots of laughs with family & friends.

Loved this house for our ladies weekend away! The house can pack in so many guests and comfortably. The bathrooms are beautifully updated and very clean - something that's a make or break deal for me. The openness of the first floor made it easy to hang out with all the guests at one. The kids room up top is adorable and such a great idea. Everything was really great. The only consideration I would make is if you're a light sleeper, sound travels easily throughout the home, but this can easily be remedied with ear plugs or a sound machine. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This home is beautiful beyond the standard rental! There seemed to be a lot of care in the home remodel and decor. Lots of great space for a multi-generation family get away. Lots of space for games and outdoor gatherings. The house is extremely well- equipped with everything you need and things you might not have thought of! The kitchen has more supplies than most and the bathrooms have nice thick towels and extra washcloths (which I really appreciate!) the beds are really comfortable too! We are looking to book another visit for sure!

The house is lovely and very well-appointed. We were in town for a wedding and it accommodated our 8 adults and 2 teens beautifully. Short stay (2 nights) so we didn’t have time to do much but the location also seems excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the decor of this cute house. As a group of friends celebrating their 60th this year, we were looking for a place with room to socialize as a group and enough beds so no one would have to share. This fit the bill perfectly. We were able to walk into town to take in lunch and shopping but most of our focus was on catching up. The three full baths were awesome as was the unexpected space of the third floor which was not pictured Online so was a total surprise. This house could easily accommodate a larger group than our five. The only thing to be aware of is that the air conditioning is not central air and two of the rooms were not air conditioned. However the third floor with it’s multiple beds did have air conditioning so you could accommodate more sleepers in air conditioning as long as they were agile (as the third floor required a a little bit of ducking for an adult to get into the room.).

The property was as reflected in the listing. Perfect size for our group. Comfortable beds. Clean. Equipped kitchen. Hosts were very responsive to any questions. Hosts also provided information about local restaurants and attractions. Easy walk into downtown Wilmington. Short, easy car ride to other local attractions. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend
We spent the most recent weekend at the house and had a wonderful time. The home was very welcoming and very clean and the location and proximity to walk into town was perfect. We would definitely come back.

House was great for 8 adults, would also be great for children. Weather wasn’t great so we were inside a lot, played cards and went to the local brewery. Was a very nice weekend!

Property was just as listed!! Was surprised with the ample amount of sleeping beds. We had a large group and everyone had there own bed with lots of room for own space. Property manager was great to work with and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this home!

When we initially pulled up to the house, we had difficulty finding the house number, and the outside looked a bit rough around the edges. However, we easily let ourselves in and were very happy with the interior. Everything was modern and clean, with little signs assuring the cleanliness and sanitizing of each room. The house was also a lot bigger than we thought, with 6 twin beds in the loft! And we enjoyed the open living space on the ground floor for hanging out in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice.
I have to admit I was a bit worried about traveling with my infant son, who is crawling around, pulling up, and getting into everything, but the layout of the house and the lack of clutter made this house perfect for keeping him out of trouble. There were even some baby friendly toys he could play with in the loft! My only concern for him was the ant traps scattered around the house, which we didn’t realize were there initially. I also noticed that after him crawling on the floor all day that the floor probably could have used a good mopping. The preschooler we travelled with loved the tree swing in the backyard, despite the super steep hill to get to it. (The entire backyard was very steep and there were a lot of mosquitoes.)
The house is in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and small shops, along with a Dunkin Donuts and Family Dollar for the necessities. However, the owners provided a nice welcome basket with a variety of necessities as well.
Communication with the property owners was clear and timely. Overall, we were really pleased with the property and would definitely rent again if we were headed to that area.
