Nestled in Village Four Seasons, this charming condo for $150 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This newly renovated (March 2023)1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom/2 bath is located at Waters Edge Condominium 112 Waters Edge Ct, Lake Ozark MO 65049, Bldg 14 - 2A. It is at the 13 mile marker, just 3 1/2 miles down Horseshoe Bend Parkway and has a view of the lake from the deck. There’s a nice view of nature waking up to trees and birds while sitting enjoying a cup of coffee or a drink of your choice. You can also relax while grilling on the deck and enjoying the occasional fireworks show. We also provide enhanced cleaning and COVID-19 safety measures with contactless & keyless entry to property, free cable, Wi-Fi in the condo and at pool/clubhouse. Rest easy with our 24 hour on-site security. The entire condo features newly upgraded hardwood flooring, brand new furniture throughout and new Smart TVs. The master bedroom features a private bath and covered deck access. The second bedroom also features covered deck access and a full bath conveniently across the hall. The living area and both bedrooms have wall to wall slider doors that lead to the deck. The living area also features a new queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, DVD player, and covered deck access with gas BBQ grill. Streaming online available on all TVs with your passwords. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to make you feel at home. Washer and dryer available in unit. There are several outdoor activities nearby such as golf, biking and hiking trails with some on the property (half mile trail). Renters have the option to fish from the shore or our covered dock. Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Missouri’s largest is nearby including Ozark Caverns and Grand Glaize Beach. Missouri is known as the cave state. The nearby caves are open year round and include Bridal Cave and Stark Caverns. Don’t forget to visit the scenic trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park! Also, this property is conveniently located within 5 minutes of two of the Lake's finest golf courses, Ridge and Cove. In the local vicinity, you’ll also find family friendly activities that includes miniature golf, Go Karts, Big Surf Waterpark and Timber Falls Indoor Waterpark. Visit the exhibits at the Camden County Museum, Willmore Lodge and The Bagnell Dam Historical Museum. Shop at the Osage Beach Premium Outlets (over 80 retail store). Check out live music at Main Street Music Hall. Enjoy a movie at Marcus Eagles’ Landing Cinema. The property is not too far from Lake Regional Hospital. For you eating pleasures, you’ll find several local and franchise restaurants located on the Bagnell Dam Strip or in Osage Beach all within 5 – 15 minutes away. Wine drinkers? The Shawnee Bluff Winery has wine and delicious food to enjoy! During the season, feel free to enjoy the large swimming pool with friends and family. It has room for lap swimming and ample area around the pool for seating. The pool is available from 9am - 10pm on weekdays and 9am - 10pm on the weekends. You will have access to the clubhouse, restrooms and showers. Additionally, it has a common area that has ample seating and a large screen TV. There is a walking trails along the shoreline that stretches for 1/2 mile, a tennis court, and small playground for the little ones. This unit provides a smoke-free environment so please no smoking and no pets allowed. We accept rental from guests 25 and over. Boat, trailer parking and jet ski rental availability is nearby within 5 minutes. Boat ramp is very user friendly and boat slips is available at a fee, CONTACT the Waters Edge Office for availability (573-365-2391), spaces are limited. (12 x 34, 12 x 28, 10 x 24). Trailer parking is Not available on the property. Renter's are required to fill out the renter packet (that will be emailed upon reservation) and email to: [email protected]. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10am. Flexible options can be arranged depending on arrival of other guests.

The location of Waters Edge was very convenient to great resturants and other activities. We were visiting family who own a condo in this complex. It was a beautiful long weekend and much quieter than during the busy summer so very relaxing.

Condo was clean, communication with owner was excellent, and had little extras provided (k-cup coffee and creamer/sweetners, a few bottles of water). Pool was large and was great overall, but only open through Labor Day weekend (not heated). Overall a great experience at this VRBO property.

We have an awesome, relaxing, wonderful time each year. I love my HUSBAND, however during the day, I just LOVE how he has the living room with TV, and his own bathroom. Because I have the master bedroom , TV, and my own bathroom. RELAX RELATE RELEASE

To start this was a great rental. Size, quality, and cleanliness met all my standards. The porch/deck was huge and the kids loved that! Short walk from this condo to the water and to pool/playground. (And I mean short because I’m 6 months pregnant and not the greatest fan of long walks in the heat :). The property managers were kind, virtuous, and responsive. I would recommend for families, small groups of friends, or a couple. Great trip!

Thank you for a great time. The host was friendly and available to us the entire stay even though they were on vacation themselves. The condo was well stocked with essentials and they didn't have a ton a check out requirements that we are used to (Didn't have to strip sheets/towels etc.). 10/10 will rent this unit in the future. Thank you!

We had a basketball tournament all week in Springfield & didn't want to cram 5 people in a hotel room all week. We looked @ houses & found this property, while it was a little ways from Springfield it was not a bad drive & the condo gave us a little time away from the city, which was a nice break for us (from Waterford MI). My 3 teenagers loved it & said upon getting there "This is way better than a hotel"! If the tournament is here next yearn we will definitely be back.
