Nestled in Norman, this attractive house for $239 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Brand new inside after a complete professionally designed remodel. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is an easy walk to OU campus, Memorial Stadium and Campus Corner. Enjoy the sounds of the OU clock chimes from the front porch of this charming home. All furnishings and bedding in this bright and cheerful home are new and clean. The home boasts an open concept living/kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has an 8 foot island with seating for four. There is a large dining table with plenty of seating and room to spread out for playing games with friends or family, enjoying a nice meal or just getting work done. The large back patio includes a propane grill, seating and string lights. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds and a desk. For those who can't sleep without white noise or like it a little cooler, a box fan can be found in each bedroom. The remodeled bathroom is all new with a deep bathtub and includes towels, a blowdryer and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer. The house is thoroughly cleaned after each use including the use of UV sterilization.

This is the perfect setting in Norman !!! it is extremely tiidy and clean. The decor is updated yet still very cozy. The indoor open floor plan & the fun outside area gave us plenty of spaces to gather for family/friend time. We are in Norman a lot for OU sports and by far this has been my favorite stay. Thank you Jennifer for making our weekend extra special… We will be back!! 😊

I spent the weekend at this beautiful property with my husband, 17-year old son, and my parents. We were visiting our daughter who is a student at OU, and it was the perfect location - walkable to campus and easy to get to other spots in Norman. There was plenty of room for the five of us, and the backyard was the perfect spot to hang out during the evenings. The house had all of the amenities we needed. It was cozy and comfortable, and the check in process was smooth and simple. I would highly recommend this to others.

Perfectly clean, decorated and super close to campus. Don’t let the 1 bath with 3 bedrooms scare you away! The owner has carefully taken measurements to allow women to get ready in their own rooms freeing up the mirror in the bathroom. Everything I could think I might need was already thought of and provided. I would rent this VRBO every time I’m visiting OU if it were available.

We were visiting my son, we drove in from Arizona. Jenn was fantastic to communicate with, I had check-in directions that were concise and clear, and upon arrival there was information laid out about check-out as well as the area. The space is beautiful and has very well equipped kitchen. We probably used every dish but I did not have to go shopping for anything to complete the kitchen (which I have done many times in vacation rentals). I was so happy with that kitchen! The backyard was great for the kids - my granddaughters saw fireflies for the first time and the back area was a pleasure to hang out in - and for us adults! Very well kept and perfect for entertaining, especially in the evening. It has lights up high and along the lower areas of the patio. I'd stay here again, if my son wasn't leaving OK soon. Def a keeper on the list of places in OKC.

We had a great stay at this property! Check-in and out was very convenient and easy! The neighborhood is so pretty and close to campus and Main St. Inside was very clean and the rooms had plenty of space. For those traveling with young kids, we had plenty of space to set up our pack-n-play and the backyard was great for eating outside with the kids. When we come back to Norman we will definitely stay again!

I am a very discerning traveller, and we absolutely loved our stay here. I was visiting OU with my high school senior son and this was the perfect spot to stay. Jenn's house is meticulously done and thoughtfully appointed. We had all the comforts of home, the house is beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfy. Jenn has thought of everything - from the USB plug ins, to the coasters on all tables, magnifying stand mirror, bedside lamps, closet hanging shelfs, luggage racks, restaurant recs, etc. We had a fabulous stay and truly felt like a little home away from home! Highly recommend booking this property!
