Situated in San Juan Capistrano, this charming house for $109 per night is a great option for your next trip. This is a shared rental. Available is the upstairs queen bedroom of my 3-br townhome. It has a desk, closet, nightstand and dresser. My home is in a quiet, and serene, old-growth community, with lakes, pools, beaches, golfing, and hiking trails within a 4 mile radius. Close to lots of fine dining, world famous beaches, and popular Southern California tourist destinations. The upstairs shower/tub, kitchen, laundry, living, dining rooms, front and back patios are shared. No animals. Sorry, adults only.

I’ve stayed with Julie before. She is a great host and her place is in a very quiet convenient location. Anytime I am in the area, I am going to try and stay with her. Roxy the dog is fun too!

Julia- the owner is very personable and helpful. She makes you feel welcome and at home. We stayed for 10 days making this our base for travels. It worked beyond expectations. Home away from home!

If you are looking for a room in a shared household, this is the place to go. It's clean, easy, and Julie is an excellent host. I would not stay anywhere else in San Juan Capistrano.

This was a fantastic stay! Julie is a friendly and helpful host. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. You can quickly get anywhere in the OC from here (Dana Point Beach, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, etc.). If I get to return to the area, I would definitely stay at Julie’s again!

I was coming into town for a friend's wedding. This was a great home base. It had everything I needed: a parking space, proximity to events in SJC, a clean bed, fluffy towels, a full-length mirror, and a bathroom. The host was quick to response to texts. I had a wonderful stay.

I booked my stay with Julie for a short staycation while I was dealing with some things at home. My stay was very accommodating and Julie was so nice to talk to and caring in regards to me feeling at home. Would definitely recommend!

Julie was extremely hospitable. The room was perfect for my quick overnight stay. Julie met me upon arrival and confirmed I had everything I needed. I found the room and house to be very relaxing and ideal for unwinding after a busy day. I would recommend her accommodations.

Julie was an amazing host! Some of the best hospitality Ive ever experienced. The property was exactly as described and fit my needs perfectly. My only regret is that I didnt get to see more of the beautiful town it was located in. 5 out of 5!

I needed a place to stay for a business trip and found Julie and her lovely home to be just right for me. This was a very comfortable place to rest up after some very busy work days. Julie was incredibly friendly and helpful and her dog Roxy is a delight. I am very pleased with my decision to stay with Julie in her peaceful home.

Julie’s home is conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. It was really great to come back to a home each evening I was there. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning with a coffee. The bed was really comfortable too. I slept great. Julie is fun to talk to and is very welcoming. Her dog Roxy is fun too. If I am back in the area, I will definitely check to see if her home is available.

I was staying for a weekend festival and Julie was extremely pleasant and helpful during my stay, giving me recommendations on things to do and places to go. I really appreciated how she tried hard to make my stay memorable and comfortable.

Julie (and Roxy) were very friendly and accommodating. Julie was so helpful with making sure I had various items to make my stay an excellent and comfortable one all around. I was a little thrown off when I found out it was a shared stay instead of a private stay, which I had filtered and selected for. But once I met Julie, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and right at home. Short story: she packed me a breakfast and snacks for my flight back home. Sweet right? Well, what a lifesaver that small act of kindness was because I ended up spending 9 hours straight on a plane flight due to Hurricane Ida. Only thing I had to eat that day was what Julie prepared for me. Highly recommend for those needing a place to crash and a friendly face to talk to in the mornings.
