The 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home sleeps 12 in beds and features a fully fenced in private pool, four complimentary adult bikes, new transitional/coastal decor, and gorgeous views of the sparkling Gulf from the third floor lookout. The kitchen has everything needed for indoor entertaining, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a drip coffee maker and Keurig, crock pot, and brand new dishes and utensils. There is seating for 12 between the dining table (8) and bar (4). Plenty of counter space and an open living concept makes cooking and entertaining a pleasure! The home is fully equipped for families to spend quality time together, with a wide assortment of puzzles, books, kids books, DVDs and board games. For sports and TV time, the home has 6 TVs, with the largest (65") in the living room and a TV and DVD player in each bedroom. For those traveling with the younger set, we include worry-free plastic plates, cups and utensils, two baby gates, a pack and play and mattress, and booster seat.
