The house is a 3 bedroom in a residence with green spaces. With its beige walkways, the marina has got managed common areas including: three swimming pools, a gym, kayaks, bikes and free parking. There is also restaurant that opens during the summer. The rooms have balconies, bathrooms. Common spaces include a large living room with a fireplace and an equipped kitchen.
