The property is tucked into a tight little community of cabins, RVs and small houses. The property is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable deck (even has a grill)! Unit has coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, mini fridge, basically anything you want. The bed is a futon type affair, which would be tight for anyone over 6’. My only real complaint, (NOT the owner’s fault) were 2 dogs, a German Shepherd, and a second small dog, were in a fenced yard across the lane from the front door. They seemed to occupy themselves by loudly barking anytime ANYTHING moved, for 15 minutes at a time - they were not there during my visit in April, and are an unwelcome addition to an otherwise pleasant, quiet oasis.

It’s a tiny cabin but perfect for what we needed. We came off the river burnt and tired and was happy to have a clean and comfortable place. Shower is really nice, bed is comfortable If I float again I will stay here again!

We only stayed overnight but it was very peaceful and the owners were fantastic! The location is great the grounds were kept so nice! Not much traffic in and out close to all the restaurants and not to far from shopping!! We had a great time!!

The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed. There was a large porch with chairs and a grill. The hosts were so helpful and such amazing people. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This property was so cute. It was the perfect size. Bed was comfortable, shower was big, and it had a little kitchenette. Same price as a hotel but way more homey. The owner was nice and even talked to us as we were leaving. Right down the street from town and river.

I stayed here for a single night on a road trip and it was cozy and just as described. It’s a small cabin but had all me and my dog needed for a simple place to stay. The coffee was a nice touch!

It is a very nice bungalow! It was cleaned and furnished with everything that was essential. Upon arrival, I wasn’t quite sure which bungalow was the one where I was staying until I compared the pictures to the bungalow. It would be nice if they had numbers on them to help identify. The people in the community were very friendly. I felt safe staying there. The only issue I had a the dogs in the house in front of the bungalow barked and barked, other than the barking dogs it was great!!!

The host was so helpful and nice , Cabin was small we had 2 adults and 2 , 6 year olds .So it was kind of tight but it was clean and comfortable for our visit . I would recommend to others .

Cabin is clean as a pin and well appointed! They even have FireTV, a full-on coffee maker, and a beautiful little deck with a grill and VERY comfortable chairs! Great place, 5 stars for cleanliness and value. Super convenient within a mile of town!!

Very clean and cute!! Nice size deck and grill with grill equipment to use. Small space but great for the price and is perfect for a couple or single person. Small town with friendly people and a short drive to Crater of Diamonds. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect cabin ! We enjoyed it so Much ! Small and cozy, had everything we needed for our one night stay . 45 seconds to the water with patio & grill . Super comfortable with all accessories you need for your stay . We felt like at home . Slept great cook out & an amazing dinner on the grill . Relaxed in the well provided shower accommodations for woman and men . Bed was comfortable, room was cool with wifi and Netflix. Enjoyed coffee on the morning with a cool Breeze on patio And was more than expected . Couldn’t be a better location. Definitely will rebook !! Thank you !

Was perfect for our needs as a 'home base' during our Arkansas trip. Close to hiking trails on the Little Missouri River, canoe/kayak trips on the Caddo River, Hot Springs activities, etc. GREAT HOSTS and family atmosphere!

This was such a cozy and hidden little property. Owners were very willing to accommodate any need. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids enjoyed the set up and the location was centered to equal distance to hiking areas.
