Nestled in Salsbury Cove, this lovely cottage for $457 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The Nook was converted in the 80s partially using a shed first built on the property in the 1920s. While inside the unit you can see the roof of the original Nook where the bedroom now resides. The kitchen area is small but has everything you need to cook! **The mattress was changed to a new one in 2023 based on reviews from previous years saying it was uncomfortable** Location Highlights: -6 min Drive to Acadia National Park [Hulls Cove Entrance] -12 min Drive to Downtown Bar Harbor The space Bedroom #1: -Queen Bed - Sleeps 2 Also Available: -Air Mattress Upon Request Kitchen: -Coffee Maker -Ground Coffee Provided -Teapot -Tea Bags Provided -Olive Oil Provided -Cooking Spray Provided -Salt & Pepper Provided -Oven -Microwave Outdoor Space: -Private Deck -Private Propane Grill -Pets are Welcome! Our Pet fee is $80 -Sun Loungers -The lawn space is shared with the unit on property -Fire Pit is available that is shared with the other unit on the property -Firewood is not provided but as you drive around you will see many of our neighbors selling bundles for $4-$8 at the end of their driveways -Parking is FREE at the property Laundry Room: -Laundry is FREE and is located in the garage, this space is available for the other unit on the property to use as well -Laundry Detergent Provided -Dryer Sheets Provided Television: -The TV is a SMART TV that you are able to log into your own apps to view programming -The TV does NOT have Cable Workspace: -The unit has a dedicated workspace in the Kitchen/Living Room Area -There is a Desk, Chair, and Lamp -This unit has a FAST Internet Connection and DOES NOT share the Wi-Fi with any other unit on the property. The router is located in the unit if guests would like to have an Ethernet Connection instead of Wi-Fi A/C Units/Fans: -There is a Mini-Split A/C Unit in the bedroom as well as the living room -There is a Standing Fan available as well --------------------------------------------------- -Outdoor Furniture is put out in Late May until the End of October Guest access The entire unit is available for access by this unit ONLY. The Laundry Room in the garage is shared with the unit next door, as is the backyard and fire pit space. Other things to note -Being near a Pond there are may bugs and moths especially at night time. Guests need to be cautious of coming and going from the sliding door at night time as bugs are attracted to the light -There are 4 steps to get to the front door

Spacious house for a couple (and a dog) in close proximity to Bar Harbor and Acadia NP. Nicely updated, clean, and well stocked with all the basics! Owner was great to communicate with. Proximity to Route 3 made it a bit noisy.

Very nice and convenient location. Impeccably clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as access to shared laundry including detergent. My only caveat is that the bed is extremely uncomfortable, and very noisy with even the smallest movement. I reported this to the owner and can only hope it will be addressed, in which case, I would happily stay there again.

Very clean , comfortable place for two. The kitchen is tiny but equipped with all the basics you need. The view from the deck is of a pretty busy road and beyond that you see a bit of the pond. The area/neighborhood is very nice. The AC is great. There are a few nice lobster restaurants nearby without even having to drive into Bar Harbor and it's easy access to the park (which is fabulous). The shower is very tiny- if you are a large person you may be uncomfortable.

Nice little cabin with a parking spot. 10 minutes away from Bar Harbor and Acadia Hull Cove Entrance. Property manager was very responsive and quick to resolve a problem we had with the heater. Good spot for everything we needed for a relaxing week

Nice place. We enjoyed the relatively private location, not too far from Bar Harbor and an entrance to Acadia. Nice little deck with a BBQ, nice yard and fire pit. View of the pond is nice, though it is a bit far and across a busy road. That brings some road noise during the day, but it was quiet at night. The portable air conditioner kept the place comfortable, as long as we remembered to turn it on when we were out for the day, and in the evening. Bed was VERY firm, more than we were used to. All in all, a nice place to stay.
