Situated on a fenced plot, the house has three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. At the entrance of the house, on the porch, there is a ping-pong table and an electronic target to have a good time with the family. The covered porch leads to a terrace with stunning views where the pool is located. The access to the house is via a 3 km long, mostly concreted road, 300 metres of which are dirt track. The road is mountainous, with curves and slopes, typical of the area where the house is located.
