Quiet and cool. Great location only 200yds from the lovely beach and 5 mins walk to the railway station.

Was a little difficult to find the key lock box and it would have been useful to have included the name of the building in the description since we believed the property was accessed from the main road which is not the case. We also had difficulty paying the security deposit until the local contact got involved to help us.

I liked that the appartment was very close to the beach and the restaurants. You could go everywhere by foot as it was easily reachable

The photos look much better than in reality. The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom and it had a constant ugly smell. The bathroom is directly connected to the bedroom but there isn't any door present in order to separate the rooms. The shower could use a renovation or at least a revision. The entrance door was not very stable as every single time someone entered the building, the door was shaking. When leaving, the owner sent me a message to clean my stuff, get the beadsheets ready for washing, position them in a certain way, empty the trash bin and take everything out as I leave, claming that if I don't do it, I will be extracharged for his cleaning work (as per AirBnb policy, but my booking was made throug Booking, which has totaly different policies). This made me wonder for what did I pay a cleaning tax (which is mandatory in Booking) and what kind of cleaning does the owner do if I have to do everything by myself.

The studio was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect, 2min to the beach and 5 min to the train station.

The bed in the living room was not so comfortable and was warm. The air condition was just for the room.

The apartment is close to everything - the beach, the stores and the train station - but it is very private. The air conditioning is excellent and the rooms are very clean. The owner is very nice and answered quickly when we had problems.

We couldn't get the wifi to work.
