It is very quiet and peaceful, and our house is surrounded by unbothered desert, the natural foliage you will find on the property is mostly pinons and junipers, greasewood aka Creosote with an occasional prickly pear cactus or hedgehog cacti. With nature comes wildlife, from coyotes, owls, elk, deer, javelina, hawks, jack rabbits and bobcats to the smaller critters like, birds, mice, snakes, desert gophers and depending on the time of year some bugs (butterflies, moths, flies, crickets, spiders, ants), you never know what might be foraging by. No need to fear, the desert and mountains are their home too and they make the desert magic come to life. That said, although we do our very best to keep our home pest free, there are times when some wildlife will come inside (usually spiders/flies) we usually find them by the windows. The house and surrounding area is sprayed after each guest for potential visitors. Try to keep windows and doors closed to prevent them coming in for a visit. Enjoy and embrace the desert life!! đ

Casa Sublime was so awesome. Very beautiful, spotless and beautiful. Other than our own food, we didnât need anything and the host had so many sweet surprises to snack on during our hikes. We loved our Grand Canyon experience and the town of Williams. The sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous too. Bird feeders set up to see pinion jays and quail. â€ïž Just wonderful.

This was a wonderful place to stay on our Grand Canyon visit. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a wonderful view of the desert and mountains from the porch along with a gas fire pit to enjoy. We very much appreciated all the extra amenities. It is quite a lovely house and added to making this a wonderful trip for us.

We had such an amazing stay here. The host literally thought of everything! We got in late to find a very spacious three bedroom home with tons of personal touches. They even left snacks out for us đ. The host was super responsive when we had questions also. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean.
About 20-30 min drive to GC and 40 to Williams. The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful from the porch; we enjoyed coffee with a fire for the sunrises. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for hosting us!

We had the best time at Casa Sublime! Heather thought of every single detail and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! She even provided a list of 4th of July activities nearby! Our kids loved the horseshoe pit and all of the board games! Such a great getaway! We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. It feels like youâre out in the middle of nowhere. Very private and quiet. It was easy to navigate to using Google maps. The outside is well maintained. The inside was very nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The owner provides just about everything you need from bathroom products to snacks. We have Verizon and our internet service and phone worked pretty well. The night sky is amazing!! It was only a short 23 minute drive to see the sunset at the Grand Canyon. There are restaurants and general stores about 20 minutes away in either direction so getting food and supplies is easy. We had a great stay and would definitely stay at this house again.

We had a wonderful time at the Casa Sublime. The house was just as pictured on VRBO. It was very clean, cute and inviting. The location was greatâless than half an hour from the Grand Canyon and very private/relaxing. One of my favorite things was having my morning coffee on the deck, with a beautiful view of snow capped mountains off in the distance. Our teenagers enjoyed the many games and the horseshoe pit as well. We would highly recommend the Casa Sublime!

This VRBO was the most thoroughly appointed rental I have ever stayed at. From charger ports to selection of coffee/Keurigs, games, extra pillows and blankets to kitchen utensils, it was all there! We wish we could have stayed longer!
Pictures are accurate on line, beds comfortable, HVAC worked well,easy to access, and if you like quiet, this is the place for you! Easy 30 minute access to south end of Grand Canyon NP (get there early!). The only constructive suggestions would be a mild upgrade on outdoor furniture pads, and a little tidying of the entertaining bird feeder area. All in all a wonderful stay!

This house is so convenient to the Grand Canyon! We also tossed in a day trip to Flagstaff and Sedona. It is well equipped with so much attention to detail for guests to be comfortable. I am glad to have found this treasure for our special trip!!!

Everyone in my family was impressed with this house and the extra, welcoming touches that were included - a coffee bar, snacks, bathroom amenities. The living spaces and bedrooms were very comfortable! We enjoyed days at the Grand Canyon and evenings at the house. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Also, Heather is great to as a host! You won't be disappointed.

Excellent property, well cared for, cozy and relaxing. The owner is focused on ensuring you enjoy your stay. Much attention to detail and lots of amenities to ensure your stay is worry free. It's the little things they do to ensure you enjoy your stay. Forgot a toothbrush? They have some available. Things like that go a long way towards a good stay. Snacks, popcorn, etc are available. Really enjoyed our stay. Wish all stays were like this.

This house worked very well for my family and our first visit to the Grand Canyon. The house was stocked amazingly well. Better than any other house I have ever rented. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hos and during our visit. t was amazing and very helpful both before and during our visit. I would highly recommend staying at this house if you are taking a trip to the Grand Canyon.

What a neat property! The views, the distance to the Grand Canyon, and the home...it was a wonderful experience. We loved that the house was stocked with games and essentials for cooking. We wish we would have stayed at least one more day to explore more.

Desert Gem
This ranch is a rare find and I would definitely go back on my next trip to the Grand Canyon. My only regret was that we didn't stay a day longer to relax and enjoy the ranch. Our host, Heather, was great... She was very responsive to questions and went out of her way to assure that the home had everything we needed for our stay. The home was also super stocked with coffee, snacks, spices, games, books and a lot of the little things you make our stay comfortable and convenient, which is very important considering that the Grand Canyon is so remote and there are no stores nearby. We hit the Super Walmart in Flagstaff on the way and were all set. If you are looking for a serene, relaxing and comfortable place for a visit to the Grand Canyon, this place is awesome!

Perfect location for us
We really enjoyed staying in this house, which was private but so close to the park. We were able to spend all day there, see the sunset and then drive home and cook dinner. Big, comfortable beds, and the master suite is on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms.

Hidden gem
This was an amazing property that is only a short drive from the south entrance of the Grand Canyon. House was fully equipped with activities and kitchen items. The GPS directions were not accurate once we reached the street where the house was located.

This house was just right for our 2 day visit to the Grand Canyon. Heather was responsive and helpful. The house is remotely located, in the middle of the desert, 25 minutes from Tusayan, the gateway town to the South Rim entrance. If you are looking to be away from the crowds, but close enough to visit GC easily, this is your place. The house was set up well for our family of 5. Twin XL beds were great for 16 and 18 year old boys. Kitchen was easy to use and well stocked other than very low water pressure at the kitchen sink.

We really enjoyed the stay here. I was a little concerned at first heading into the property due to condition of road but once there I was very pleased. There were extra snacks stocked there which was great because we didnât count on being snowed in one morning. The kids loved star gazing at night.
