Good price, good accommodations, thanks

It was nice to have a swimming pool on the property. If a person has a hard time getting up stairs there is no elevator available . The place was nice and cozy. The location was awesome it was close to alot of other businesses in the area..

This condo is a hidden gem with a great view of the water from the balcony. It's an older property, but nicely maintained. The two bathrooms were really nice for our family. The kids had their own room and bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked, including a blender for making cocktails! Communication was easy and fast. Our Yukon wouldn't fit in the short carport, but there were spaces up front, so it wasn't an issue. We just parked our golf cart at the end of the parking space. A good experience overall!

Our family of 3 (2 able-bodied adults, 1 teen) enjoyed our 3 weeknight summer stay in Beachhead 106 and will likely reserve again in the future, although we hope to see some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms (which are acceptable but a bit worn / dated in some aspects) upon our next visit. We think Beachhead 106 is still a great value. Our favorite features of the property: The gulf views from the master bedroom and private balcony of this 3rd floor unit are fantastic. The gate to the heated freshwater pool access is a very short walk away, just down to the 2nd floor and maybe 30 steps over. The unit is situated close to the property entrance, making vehicle entry & exit very efficient. The A/C ran cold and the WIFI was reliable. We never heard a sound from the adjacent units and everyone we met on site was friendly and kind. Beachhead seems to attract good neighbors as guests, perfect for the type of calm vibe we appreciate during travel. The boardwalk to Beach Marker 4 puts out at an ideal location that never seems to fill up as much as the surrounding area. Our reservation happened to occur during a period of unusual flash flooding that rendered some of the lawn and boardwalk at Beachhead completely submerged during the entirety of our stay. We were able to wade through to the beach without issue, and it was actually quite pleasant to have cloud cover and low 80s temperatures while out on the beach for hours. Our 106 parking space never flooded, which was not the case for other units closer to the beach. Neil was very helpful and responsive when we had questions and worked to quickly resolve any issue we reported. Thanks, Neil!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at the condo. It’s an older property and shows the wear but here’s what’s important: a good location, a view, lovely pool, great layout for 4 people, comfortable beds, nice hot shower and a working kitchen. Neal was very responsive when we had an issue with the lock. Internet wasn’t working but we didn’t need, and that was Spectrum’s fault. With a discounted weekly rate it was only a bit more than the Best Western. As others mentioned there isn’t an elevator (32 steps up) and lacking electrical outlets but we knew that going so we’re prepared. We’d stay again for the view!
