La familia que lleva el hostel son muy amables. El desayuno es abundante y muy bueno. Todas las camas tienen ventilador. El area comun esta bien. La cama comoda.

Los baños no son agradables, a parte de haber muy pocos. La cocina no se puede usar, sucia y nada equipada. No hay ningun espacio para dejar tus cosas, las habitaciones compartidas van sin llave y puede entrar quien quiera. Hay solo 2 o 3 enchufes por habitacion, que no suelen ir bien y ademas siempre estan ocupados por los ventiladores (tubimos que hacer turnos entre 3 personas para poder cargar los telefonos). Se sirven comidas, por lo tanto hay gente que no es del hostel entrado y saliendo todo el dia y usando los pocos baños de los huespedes.

It’s a warm place with nice hosts. There is a shop inside the hostel which is convenient. It’s a minutes walk from the central garden. I was the only one in the dorm most nights so it was peaceful hihi and the kitchen is alright. The breakfast is gooooood.

Great place for the price, really nice breakfast. directly in front of the bus station to Leon! perfect location near the park! a little shop inside to buy what you need!

the staff were nice and attentive, good breakfast included, perfect location, near the Central Park.

the property needs some maintenance, I know it’s a cheap option but still, they might improve on that, and be more careful with the sheets, ours had a weird looking stain.

the included breakfast was pretty good.

they have problems with the plumbing in the bathroom so the smell from the suers raises into the bathroom.

Very nice stay with a nice family

Family is really nice. They are smiling, kind and helpful. The location is great, at the heart of Granada. Breakfast was tasty and good enough.

The bed was very uncomfortable No coffee machine :(

Affordable, lovely family but the rooms could do with a clean

location and cheap, but you pay for what you get. The family were lovely and very helpful. The courtyard is a nice space to hang out and the breakfasts each day were delicious.

unclean, noisy and dated - arriving in the room it was clear that it had not been cleaned between guests. There were 2 cigarette butts next to the bed, a bar of soap in the bathroom with a big hair wrapped around it and dark smears on the walls. The family that live here also spend their time sitting in the court yard outside the rooms. This is fine, however speak loudly and were awake from 6:30am moving furniture, televisión on and loud talking. I don’t like to leave negative comments, but this feedback is important and these issues need to be addressed.

It's a cozy place, seems to be a family business. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, but really tasty. Location is great, right in Granada centre.

Room was very dark and light inside pretty poor.

Very nice.

The hostel has perfect location, just in front of the bus terminal and 3min walking from the main square. The room was big, the bathroom too with good water pressure. The breakfast was also pretty good and a lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The WiFi was great.

The hostel is in an old colonial house which of course means that the facilities are not new. But maybe a bit more light and some small renovations in the rooms would make it better. The mattress wasn't great and we had few fights with cockroaches.

Great people, great location, does not match the online post, not very clean.

The people who run the hostel are wonderful, kind welcoming and beyond helpful! They helped us find different options to do in the city, gave us recommendations and provided a taxi service for a low cost. They were willing to help us with anything we needed and made us feel like we were at home. They provided towels and wifi for us.

When we arrived, we realized the hostel didn't match the pictures. It's in an old, beautiful, colonial home, but the home could use some work. Online, it says breakfast is included but we were never given the option of breakfast. The ceilings had significant water damage and there were many things falling from them, including dust, debris and rat poop. When we were there it was also raining very heavily and some of the ceiling did have leaks in it. I went with a group of 5 friends, 3 stayed in one room and 2 in the other. In the room with 3 people there was a bathroom included, but the other one did not have a private bathroom. The communal bathrooms weren't labeled and when we did find them it was very patch-worked together. We paid $10 a night per person, and I have stayed in many places around Central America for the same price that were much cleaner. The people are incredible and the hostel has a ton of potential, but a deep cleaning is required.

The staff is super friendly and the free breakfast was really good.

The dorm was not kept clean. There was another traveler there with me who had empty food bags and trash on the floor. While he should be cleaning it, I didn't appreciate that the staff just swept the trash into a pile by his bed rather than throwing it away. It makes it unpleasant for others in the room. Also... the bathroom was the worst I had anywhere in my 9 months of traveling. It was a little shed outdoors where the laundry is hung. There's no working lights which was honestly probably a good thing so at night I couldnt see the grime around me. The toilet leaks dirty water all over the floor into the shower which is right next to the toilet. It stinks...terribly. I think the cleaning only involves taking the trash out. If it storms the yard outside the toilet turns into a swamp so the family (which lives there) allows you to use their bathroom. While this is a super nice gesture, it's a bit awkward going into their room when they're sleeping to use the bathroom. It would be so simple to fix these few things and make this into a nicer place. But, this was my experience in the dorm and I think that in the privates it might be different.
