This is an amazing property with great owners. We were in Zion for my sons wedding and this property was perfect for all of our family and friends who traveled for the wedding to celebrate. Jamie was very accommodating and responded to every message in a very short time. They checked on the pool every day and made sure to ask if we needed anything. If you are planning on being in the Zion area with a large group, I would highly recommend this property.

A perfect place for our family reunion. The 4 homes are equipped with everything you'd need and more. We enjoyed this location and will most likely stay there again.

We rented 4 condos for family after not getting to celebrate a number of milestones in life these past few years due to COVID Upon arrival the property appeared to be as stated. The first evening we used the pool and replaced the electronic cover, as requested. The next morning we noticed it had come off the track. We immediately made the owners aware. They stated that it had come off one side of the track before but asked us what had happened. We explained that it had been on track when we went to sleep and nothing out of the ordinary had happened. Jaime quickly stated that we must have done something. She proceeded to question us further and ask if we had “jumped on it.” For the next 2 days they accused us of causing the problem and hitting the emergency stop button which they say is why the heat in the spa and pool stopped working as well (something we had not even commented on). At one point, they questioned multiple members of our family on what had happened. Although this put a damper on our trip with people coming in and out and the pool being out of commission for the day, Jaime’s husband did try to resolve it so we decided to make the most out of our trip as it is most likely the last we will have with a few of our family members. On the last night, while washing a load of towels, I came upstairs to find that the upstairs floor was flooded. I cleaned up the water and called Jaime. Her response, “What do you want me to do about it?” I explained that we had cleaned up the water and turned off the breaker as water was coming through the living room ceiling. After 2 hours, Jaime and her husband came to assess the situation. Jaime’s husband ran a cycle and observed that a larger bubble had appeared in the ceiling below, further evidence of a leak in the wall. I let them know I was not willing to pay full price for this condo (1 of 4) as there had been multiple issues and that there had been strangers present in the home for 4 of our 5 days. Jaime was again rude so I asked her to leave. Her husband apologized on behalf of her and after much discussion in person and via phone he agreed to refund of $1500 IF WE GAVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW. We said we would review them after we received our refund. After trying to reach Jaime and her husband for weeks to no avail, we reached out to VRBO and were told that Jaime denied them ever offering a refund and stated to VRBO that we were lucky they weren’t charging us for the flood “we caused.”

This place worked very well for our company event. The check-in was easy. House was clean and well put together. Beds were comfortable. There were extra tables and chairs, which made it convenient for all of us eating together out back by the pool. We enjoyed having the private pool and backyard. The location was great for going to Zions and Sand Hollow. I highly recommend this property for large groups.

Our stay at Elements Zion Village for our biannual family reunion was beyond our expectations. The property was a great value with all the amenities provided. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and organized. Everyone commented that the beds were comfortable. The grandkids loved the fun backyard. There is a private heated pool and hot tub, a gas firepit and a putting green. They even have life jackets and pool floats for the kids. Working with the owner, Jamie, was extremely easy and she was very accommodating for our group. Everything was in order when we arrived. We loved having our whole family stay together in one spot. The property itself is in a terrific location for many outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this space for a large group. Our family will definitely be back.

This was the perfect location for our corporate retreat, not only was the booking process super easy but the space itself provided everyone their own personal space while providing plenty of space to bring everyone together for collaboration and breakout sessions. Not to mention Jamie was very responsive and helpful with coordinating the extra needs of a large corporate group. The property was VERY clean, well-stocked and organized, beds were very comfortable with nice linens and comforters. Our group LOVED the private backyard, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. For those that wanted to get away, the property is perfect where it is so close to Zions National Park, Sand Hollow and Snow Canyon. If you’re looking for the perfect place for your next corporate gathering, I would highly recommend this property!
