We had an amazing stay at the property in Champions Gate. Our kids loved the theme of the house and couldn’t get enough of the play room, game room and theater room!
Michelle was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. The home was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we were looking for in a property and then some. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious vacation rental.

Our overall stay at this home was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed as we were doing a split family stay between Orlando and Clearwater beach. The home was close enough to Disney, yet offered the space, privacy and coziness our family of 6 needed and loves. The kids thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities, as did I! The host was very responsive with the couple of minor hiccups we had, which were absolutely no fault of hers, and worked quickly to get the issues resolved. We hope to make our way back for a longer stay soon! Thank you Michelle!

The property was incredible and Michelle was wonderful to work with - highly responsive! Kids 3-13 all had a great time in the trolls playroom and took over the movie theater every night we stayed. Everyone really enjoyed the waffle bar, the pool, and the ample space to spread out. Beds were comfortable, washer/dryers worked well, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and the like.
Would definitely recommend booking here for your family.

Our stay at this home was Simply Awesome! This home was exactly how it was pictured, the host thought of everything, and was super responsive to any questions, the location to the clubhouse was a quick walk, and Publix/Walmart were nearby. I can't say enough about how my grandchildren enjoyed the Troll room. We had family who traveled from Houston, and the British West Indies--none of us were ready to leave, we had plenty of space to spread out, as well as such an enjoyable time. My favorite part was the Theater Room. Every room was just perfect. This was our first Orlando adventure since the onset of the pandemic.; it will not be our last. If you want to feel at home away from home, then this is the place to be.
If I had anything to say that may need an update, it would be some bleached/updated bath towels, or bring your own face cloths as we do anyway. If you've stayed at other rental homes there are always rules, the host did a great job of detailing theirs. If you treat the property with care as you would do your own home--the rules shouldn't bother you. Otherwise, you should book as soon as you can before this home gets away from you.

This property was great. The kitchen and living space with the Troll playroom off of it was perfect for our family. We watched movies in the theater and swam everyday. We did check out the Champions Club resort and it was very nice. It was a little busy for our family, but we did enjoy the lazy river and splash pad for the afternoon. Michelle was wonderful to work with and they were wonderful hosts. We definitely would rent this place again.

This property is even better in person than it is in the pictures. There were 6 adults and 3 children (ages 5-9). My children LOVED the trolls play room and having their own rooms. I loved that even with 6 adults everyone had a space for privacy. We only made it to the oasis club on our last day because we really enjoyed the pool in the back yard. Communication was thorough and quick. I really appreciated the cleanliness, upkeep, and creative uniqueness of this house. I’ve already recommended this place to family and friends!

The place was a Disney wonderland! You don't need to go anywhere. The pool was so much fun with all the toys! The themed rooms are so great with all the cozy touches. My kids were awed by the settings! All the bulk beds are perfect for little ones! Tunnels and slides in the house-- what can be better! Thanks for a wonderful memory!

This property had positives and negatives for me, but in the end I can confidently say I would stay again. The location was great, outside of busy Orlando or Kissimmee, but still close to MCO and all the fun. The gated community was more relaxed than most and allowed street parking. The pool water was warmer than any other vacation rental I have ever stayed in. That alone will make me happy to recommend and return. We were able to swim every day. The house was not super clean but was not that bad. It was minor things like dirt on the floor, dust, and a few hairs around the place. I did not let the home owner know because it wasn't worth taking up vacation time to deal with. There was a LOT of signage in the home. More than I typically see. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and both masters were about half the size I had expected. The pictures are not deceiving, it was more my own expectation for the cost. The water at the club house pool was not as warm as at the house (yay for the home owners prioritizing this at their home) and the water in the small kids area was ice cold. No children were playing in it. Overall, this home lacked a little for me because of the high price tag BUT the great pool heat and location made up for it and I would happy to stay again.

The house had plenty of room for our entire party and everyone had their own space. Everyone was comfortable. This was our family Christmas vacation.. we had 17 (8 adults and 9 children) in our party and there was something for everyone! The kids loved the play area… we cooked many meals and had games and fun! Your family is sure to enjoy this property as much as mine did!

The house was perfect for families with kids. The mickey waffle maker was a favorite for the kids. We spent most of our time at the house in the pool and their were plenty of pool toys to keep the kids entertained. The owners were quick to respond to questions and fix any issues in the house that arose. Adult beds were comfy and that’s super important when everyone is exhausted from the parks. :)

To say we had a great time is a complete understatement! We had an amazing, wonderful, extraordinary time in this beautiful home. Michelle and her family really went above and beyond to make our experience and stay the most phenomenal it could have been. Our family is still talking about the amazing week we spent in this Disney themed home. The playroom was the highlight of the trip for the kiddos. We cannot keep them out of the room. They loved every single aspect of it. The house was extraordinarily clean, spacious, and gave each family member the room they needed without feeling so crammed or in a tight space! The beds, sheets, and offering were all so comfortable! Meals at the table were an amazing opportunity for my family to get together in one space. Love the open concept of the entire home especially the living room to the dining to the kitchen! Every single aspect of his home was perfect. We will definitely be booking again!

The house was just as described and Michelle was very responsive to our questions/needs. For example, the outdoor tv was not working when we arrived, and Michelle had the tv replaced and working by the next afternoon. The drive to/from Disney World was about 25 min. depending on traffic. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The house is fantastic! The play and game rooms are so cool and the themed rooms were a nice addition! The best thing about this place is the cleanliness. You can tell that the house is taken care of and cleaned well.
On paper, the house is only 15-30m from Disney, but there is a lot of traffic getting in and out of the champions gate area because that is the access point to the highway.

From the minute we walked in we new it would be a great vacation. This house has all you need to make great memories with your family. Our family loved this place! The little ones were always playing in the troll room. The older ones loved the game room and all of us loved the movie room. We had so much fun in the pool area. We enjoyed walking to the oasis club and spending time there. The owner was so responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She got back to us immediately. I would definitely stay here again! The kids couldn't get enough of the trolls room and hours of running in circles chasing one another happened. The kitchen was nicely equipped and waffles were great. The theater room got some use as well and popcorn machine was a good addition. The themed bedrooms were a hit for all beds were very comfortable. The game room was nice we played some games and enjoyed the 2nd slide that came down. Last but not least the outdoor space was awesome. We swam everyday and the TV on the patio was nice as we watched some sports from the pool while we watched the kids. We did go to the oasis club for one morning and the facility was nice not too busy Sunday morning when we went. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this rental in December. It was better than the photos. We had ages from 8 to 64 and everyone enjoyed staying here. Lots for the kids to do. The pool was wonderful. It is close to a brand new Publix making grocery shopping very convenient. The owners were great to work with. We will rent again.

Close to the parks, great amenities at the clubhouse, clean, toys, attentive owners, good reviews, the most AMAZING kids themed playrooms/game room/theatre/bedrooms, private pool and hot tub without outdoor hangout area, EVERYTHING. To top it all off there are extras like the theatre room having HUNDREDS of movies available and theatre popcorn. I am not joking when I say I looked through THOUSANDS of properties and this is the one we carefully chose, and I am blown away at how amazing it was. I am so glad we celebrated our special occasions here! A better home (especially in this price range) simply does not exist. There is no comparison to Michelle and her properties. Her attention to detail and how much she cares is immeasurable. We have stayed at many rentals and never once have I wanted/asked a host if we could meet them beforehand, but I just had to ask Michelle because she and her home are so incredible. She has gone above and beyond with this property and with her special touches to our trip making it the most magical one we have ever taken - and we take a lot. Even staying on Disney property does not compete. Whenever possible from here on out we will be staying in one of their homes. We can not Thank you enough Michelle/BMB turnkey Properties!
