This house was great for 4 couples and a few kids. It was nice that there was a bathroom located between each set of two bedrooms. Spacious kitchen and living room. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Overall this house worked for our large family. The furniture 100% needs to be inspected and replaced. The main couch is very lumpy and the main bedroom mattress was the worst sleep we had the 1st night, 2nd night we slept across the bed with our ankles hanging and managed to get a better rest. All our kids had great sleeps in the other rooms. Overall the house was fine for the price and great location for South Common.

Connor was an awesome host who made us feel very welcome. The check in process was easy and all the necessary details were provided to make our stay very enjoyable! The house worked perfectly for our group of parents staying in the city for our kids hockey tournament! We used the well equipped kitchen to cook team meals to be delivered to the hotel where the boys were staying just a few minutes away! The house was an excellent space to relax after long days at the rink!

We had a nice stay in Edmonton. The house was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. My mom also stopped in for a night and we all had our own bedrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and a park less than a 10 min walk away. Great if you are travelling with kids. Lots of nearby amenities - Don't have to go too far for groceries/essentials. There were a few minor things that caught our attention with regards to the cleanliness/overall comfort of the house. But we addressed these with the host and he welcomed our thoughts. Communication with the host was excellent. Always replied quickly and answered our questions to the best of his knowdlege! Would definitely recommend stay here. Thanks again! :)

There was a mall within walking distance and many stores within a 5 minute drive. The property was well kept and well equipped and in a lovely neighbourhood. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and check in was very straight forward. Air conditioning would have been nice but the nights were cool and we were comfortable.

Lots of room, comfy pillows and beds. Grocery shopping and lots of restaurants close by(Try What the Pho for Vietnamese). There were some issues with cleanliness.. the host rectified it and was professional and kind.

Very well set up for big groups, really could say 5 bedrooms, as the basement can almost be classified as a bedroom. Some furniture is getting worn out and could use updating, but the kitchen is very well stocked, and the place was clean.

This place is perfect for families and it is absolutely stunning. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly throughout the stay. The neighborhood is a quiet place but close to many restaurants/malls. Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, open backyard, and very clean!

Nicely renovated house in an older neighborhood. Worked well for visiting with our kids who recently moved to the city. Relatively nearby grocery stores and biking/walking paths and trails. Big back yard with potential for further development; great space for families with young children.
