The apartment: This flat is in a renovated 1950s building where all the apartments are rented out for short-term stays. The building has a lift and the apartments are equipped with all the latest mod cons to ensure optimal comfort: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet and modern kitchens equipped with all the latest appliances. The MadVille I apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully decorated to offer guests a relaxing stay. There are four separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a handy open-plan kitchen. It can sleep ten: there is two double beds, four single beds and a double sofa bed. Its decor reflects the latest trends in interior design, with lovely, comfortable and simple furniture in a warm combination of colours and materials, as well as magnificent cement-tile floors in the corridor and bathrooms. A great choice. You’ll love it! The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance. Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management To take into consideration: We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard

Moderne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum

Tolle Lage und eine saubere und moderne Wohnung mit genügend Platz. Wenn man irgend etwas negatives finden müsste, dann vielleicht am ehesten die doch etwas laute Umgebubg und die Ringhörigkeit im Gebäude. Aber das ist etwas das im Zentrum einer Grossstadt halt dazu gehört. Die Wohnung war top!

There was no hot water the first two days. There was not enough toilet paper for the 7 people staying. We had to buy our own. Wifi stopped working on the 3rd day. It was extremely hard to get a hold of the property manager. I called 6 times and nobody picked up. Finally on the 7th try someone picked up. I asked for a crib and they did deliver on that and we had one by the end of day. The location was good near city center, so that was the one thing we liked. But the noise at night was loud so if you are a light sleeper, might not be a good area for you.

overall good. lots of street noise made it difficult to sleep at night and we were disappointed that there were NO kitchen basics other than utensils. no olive oil, salt, pepper, etc.
