Paid an exceptionally large cleaning fee in addition to regular room rates. One would expect a spotless almost near sterile unit for what was charged. Needless to say that was our biggest disappointment. Seems to me the extra charge for “thorough “ cleaning isn’t making its way to the cleaners pockets.. and perhaps management isn’t properly overseeing.
