Very small but good for an overnight only.
Parking is not really big enough for our Dodge 3500, had to back out of the drive.
But cute little place.

Everything went fine for my short visit to see the eclipse in Kerrville. Property is relatively close to everything but you get a little country solitude with deers wandering around close by.

Ingenious use of a shipping container. Perfect for the two of us to visit family in Kerrville. Quiet, clean, and comfortable place to rest. Just far enough away from the bustle of the town. Hosts are friendly, very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

My wife and I had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the quiet and solitude but also how close it was to great restaurants and Arcadia Live. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Made for a good night's sleep, but too small/fragile for destination stay. Broken fire pit & chairs, wobbly toilet. Also, last guest's coffee pod still in coffeemaker. Overall a nice stop for a rest.

This tiny was awesome! Fun decor, super-comfy bed, all amenities necessary in a small space. The location was isolated, but not too far from town. Nice to watch the deer wander by.

My boyfriend & I took a quick getaway from the city. The place was adorable and surrounded by deer. Very relaxing sitting by the fire and looking at stars. Recommend to any couple that needs to destress.

It's a really neat place to stay; however, the water in the pictures is all dried up. Everything else about it is great. There's a nice hammock and outdoor seating. It's good for couples. Comfortable sleeps two in one bed.

The A/C leaked on the floor. Ants came in from the cracks around the floor. Bugs came in through the hole above the toilet.

Get away perfection
I gifted my husband 24 hours away. We have kids so we stayed near home. This was absolutely perfect our night away. So cute, very clean, and ideal for 2.

Great place in small package
I enjoyed my stay. Last time I visited Kerrville I stayed at nice hotel that was too noisy. I appreciated all the amenities in a quaint and quiet place. I highly recommend staying there.

It was great for just me. I was visiting a family member at a local hospital all week, so it was nice to be close by, but also provided a peaceful get away between visits.

Me and my fiancé decided to take a trip to have some peace and quiet from “life” and this place was perfect! We sat outside most of the time on the hammock and read books! Cute and comfy place!

Overall it was a great place. Very cute and cozy. It was perfect for an overnight get away and fun to stay in a tiny house.
Pros: cute, cozy, well decorated, good communication, nice area, clean, personal touches, comfortable bed.
Cons: really close to another container which ruined the view and sense of isolation, toilet had some trouble flushing (we had to plunge), confusing check-in as we received multiple messages telling is different things, but ultimately it was figured out, the picture shows the blue container, bit we were in the red, not a big deal, just not what was shown.
Overall a great experience and we would consider staying again. We also told our friends about it.
