Conveniently located right in the heart of Fripp Island, "Pine Rest" is within walking distance to the beach, Marina, Bonita Boathouse, Ocean Creek Golf Course, and minutes to the Beach Club and Cabana Club pools. This 3 bedroom and 3 full bath home is ideally suited for your Fripp Island family vacation. Open and airy family room, spacious bedrooms and well stocked kitchen will make you feel right at home. The screened in back deck or outdoor patio is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or after dinner drinks. The front porches are also a good place to relax after a long day at the beach or round of golf! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 10) * (2) Full size bedroom on the main level w/ full bath * (2) Queen size bedroom on the main level w/ full bath * King size master bedroom on the second level w/ full bath AMENITIES: * Flat screen Smart TV in the living room and Master bedroom * Fully equipped Kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils (pans, flatware, dinnerware) * High speed internet access with WiFi * High quality linens (sheets, towels etc.) * Modern kitchen appliances * Washer and dryer * Outdoor Shower * Charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter NOT provided) * Driveway parking (limit 4 cars) * Ceiling fans * Spacious screened in back porch The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the breakfast bar for a quick snack, or a family dinner at the dining table. The first bedroom has two Full beds and a full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer on the first floor for your convenience. Enjoy the sliding doors conveniently located right by your bedside to slip out for a morning cup of coffee before your day gets started. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and a full bathroom. There is also a deck located off the bedroom to enjoy some quiet reading time or checking out the Fripp wildlife. The second floor master bedroom features a King bed and a Jack and Jill vanity with a walk in shower. There is a private deck located off of the master bedroom to enjoy a quiet place to plan your Fripp Island adventures. The open floor plan has a large living area for movie nights and is the perfect place to play some cards or board games. Enjoy some TV while you're taking a break from the beautiful sandy beach. The back yard has a sitting area for you and your family where you can watch the golfers in action! The outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off after a day at the beach. There is a charcoal grill out back as well (charcoal and lighter fluid not provided). Fripp Island is rich with nature and wildlife and all these things can easily be explored by bike, golf cart, or on foot. If you'd like to rent a golf cart, we can set that up for you! We work with providers that will drop off the golf cart before your check in and pick it up after you've checked out, making it easy for you to enjoy your vacation! Fripp Island is a resort community and use of certain amenities (Pools, restaurants, golf, tennis, etc.) require the guest to have Resort Guest card. This home IS NOT a club member, guests will not be able to purchase club cards when renting this home. Here are options available to guests WITH OUT amenity cards: * Beautiful Fripp Island beach * 2 Deli/ markets with to go sandwiches and pizza * Golf cart rentals (if you'd like golf carts, just let us know!)

We loved our stay on Fripp Island in this beautiful spacious home! It was well equipped with everything we needed for us, our 3 kids, and their friends. The rental company was very prompt in their response when we told them our golf carts weren't charging properly. Kalya came right out had us fixed up in no time. Great customer service! Will definitely rent from iTrip again next year!

First class communication with the manager. All we needed was provided. We have gone to Fripp for almost 50 years, so knew well what to expect and how to make the most of the natural surroundings. We did experience a few periods of the internet cutting out, but that happens on the island. :-) We would be happy to rent the same house again. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating to the cleanliness was that the front screen porch had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. With a crawling baby in our group, we went ahead and did that ourselves without notifying management. I know they would have sent someone to do that for us if we had requested.

The home was clean, plenty of room for guests, and each morning/night, there were deer that came in the backyard. Morning coffee on the back porch was a blessing. Great time.

The house was as expected and a really nice location for the marina/pool/beach access. Our first trip and definitely not our last.

Disappointing - not clean or kept up
This property was not as advertised. Upon arrival we spent a couple of hours hand mopping the floor because our feet were black within 5 minutes of walking on the floor. Also had to clean urine from around toilet bases. Listed as sleeping 10, but only 8 dining spaces total (6 around the table and 2 bar stools at a small breakfast bar). Closets were being used to store items (a tube tv and a very dirty shop vac) and so we’re not very usable for guests. No place to hang wet towels etc. Overall, very disappointing. Location to beach and pools was very good though.

Overall, this house was good with the rooms. There is not a lot of extra space but it is as the pictures show.
The house was not cleaned well. The floors were very visibly dirty and all of our feet were dirty (almost black) from walking on them. The fake plants hanging down in the kitchen were very dusty and hanging over where you cook. Not appetizing.
The kitchen says it is stocked but it is not. There are very random pieces of equipment to use but not measuring cups for cooking and other items we had to borrow from a friend. Only one towel in the kitchen so we had to use a bath hand towel for it.
I think this home could be very nice if it was cleaned and some items added to use. I won't book again but hope to see better reviews in the future.

Great place for a wedding stay!
We made our reservation for this property as wedding guests for an Island wedding. The house is located close to the center of the island and backs up to the golf course. We enjoyed all the deer that came through every day as we sat outside in the Adirondack chairs or sat in the rocking chairs on the screened-in porch. The house had plenty of space for us and having three bathrooms was a plus!

Nice location
Location was great for a socially distant group vacation with my pod. Managing company was very helpful with securing resort pass cards for the pools and golf cart rentals. One thing to note: the golf cart rentals are by the night similar to a hotel rental so we were confused with delivery time (and may have changed that had we known) until contacting the help number provided. Also there is a typo in the property info binder and on the fridge info with that helpful number. We figured it out but might help future guests to update. For those wondering if you rent a golf cart they deliver around 3pm on the day you start. House was great and had a well equipped kitchen that we tested well with several large scale meals. All the necessary things including grill tools (we brought them just in case). Only kitchen items we used from our brought along items was a citrus juicer, cutting board, and French press...but that’s just preference there is a 12 cup coffee maker. I would recommend getting a bag of ice on the way in....temp shift on the fridge prevents it from making ice for a day or 2 and then it is slow. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We had 7 adults in the rental and only 2 were a couple so it worked out well. We could have comfortably had another 1 or 2 I think or maybe more if they were young children. The limiter is probably seating. The dining table seats 6 with usual chairs. We pulled in a chair from the patio and managed 7 without issue. Could have done 8 with the other chair available probably. All in all a fun care free trip that was easy to negotiate. I will definitely stay here again.

Please note following issues given price point:
1. Exterior door hinge needs fixing as door drags on deck
2. W-D 40 for all squeaky door hinges
3. Freezer not properly tempeture
4. Floors were not the cleanest esp given we had little children
5. Windows have not been cleaned in very long time
6. Air vents rusted and loose. Children were able to remove them.

Great Property.
This is the 9th year staying at Fripp but the first at this location. We loved both the rental house as well as the location. Everything was just as listed and any questions or request for cards were answered in a quick time. We will definitely consider this location for future trips.
