Very convenient location for walking the Malecon, and close to good restaurants. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot. And really appreciated the coffee maker (but I felt the need to wash it first). Host was very attentive and helpful. Very quiet, despite being on busy street.

Could probably use a good deep cleaning, but it wasn't really dirty, either. Construction nearby probably added to the dust in the air, so collected on surfaces.

We had dificults to find the place

The location of the property is great, right on the main street and close to the Chapala malecon. The hosts are very nice and provided us with extra bug spray and some fresh fruit from the tree in the courtyard!

The apartment was mostly clean, but there were some spider webs in the corners of the ceiling that could have been cleaned up before we arrived. Parking is very difficult as there is only street parking in front, and it is always very busy. We usually had to park 3-5 minutes away so if you have a lot of bags that can be tough.

The location

Everything, including the filth and disrepair spider webs everywhere not to mention the spiders hanging down from the nasty skylight above the bed and all the dead bugs in the webs or the live bugs including roaches. I could go on.

The price for the place was great! Very spacious, clean, quiet, SAFE, close to EVERYTHING. Walking distance to Malecon, main Plaza, Cathedral, restaurants. Hosts were very nice! We arrived close to 2am and Isabel waited for us to hand us the keys. Will definitely rent again!!!

Water pressure on shower was very low. Just took longer to shower with my long hair...🤷🏻‍♀️ But no big deal. Would definitely come back and stay at this place again!

Nothing, it was awe full, the room promised a mountain view - there was not even a window. The bed was so hard I’d rather sleep on the floor, the air con was essential to turn on since there was no window, it made an awful noise. So this place was a rip off!! The pictures looked good in the app but everything was miserable in reality.

Phoned them twice to find it and after 2 days internet stopped working and for the second time no response. The manager was on site but not visable

Prompt and helpful response from host. Interesting books were available and the rm was fully equipped for cooking etc.

I wish there was parking available other than the street and the parking lots nearby open late if you happen to leave your car in a 24hr parking lot.

Everything! Location was great. The host was friendly. Apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with lots of space. It feels like a home. There is hot water and even a jacuzzi bath. This place is incredible
